At my first Hydrafacial-the machine wasn't working. My facialist spent the first 20 minutes attempting to get the suction to work, testing it on her arm, even resetting and cleaning the machine. No luck. She was able to apply a peel then proceed with manual extractions. While the facialist was professional and talented- I shouldn't be paying for a hydrafacial if I didn't receive the machine exfoliation and treatment. Aside it being a flawed atmosphere with obviously waiting to get the machine to work. I find this completely unacceptable and if management reached back out we could have found a solve. I offered to pay and receive a different facial with the machine down- but I was still charged the hydrafacial.
