I usually settle on a frame and leave with a lighter wallet. I end up with something I like, but definitely not something I love. If this hasn't happened to you, then that's great - good for you! But that has been my experience countless times at other optical stores. But then I found Pearle Vision. What an amazing experience, every time! I can't get over how well Sal and Suzanne jive together. They are such a great team and it makes me happy to be a part of it, even just for a little while. It just so happens that every time I go in, it's them two. I'm sure the other people working there are amazing too. Suzanne's wonderful with glasses. She helped me find the right frames without any problems or second guessing. Just a little FYI - I second guess a lot of things but her frame suggestion wasn't one of them. When I go to get new frames or contacts, there's usually a promotion going on which helps if my insurance doesn't kick in the same year. This Peale Vision has a lot of great frames to choose from including the affordable brands and the not so affordable brands. You might read this and feel like I'm being too positive or perky. Truth be told, I sat there while Suzanne was filling out my insurance direct pay and thought whether or not they've been rated on Yelp. I saw there wasn't anything for this location and felt like they deserved to be recognized for their outstanding customer service. So thanks Sal and Suzanne - you make my experience memorable each time!

Ive found most of them go out of their way to help out with any eyewear situation ive been in. I purchased a pair of glasses here 2 years ago. I received them within the week of ordering, good condition. I ended up stepping on my glasses this year and they were happy to order me a replacement of the same pair I had broken. They honoured the sale they had for 'Buy one get one %off' even though I was not purchasing the lens only the frames. They helped me out alot by doing this as my frames/lens together originally costed at least $800-900. I think I ended up paying $200-250 for the replacements. Anyhow this pair took about a week as well and had new frames/ lens good condition. A month ago I had a problem with contacts I bought elsewhere causing eye pains, so wanted help on different contact brands. They were more than happy to help and understand what exactly was wrong with the previous ones and what I wanted to order next. They gave me multiple testers of different types which caused no pain in my eyes. I just order a bunch and received a call to pick up with 3 days. -- Friendly service --fast orders --top brands but expensive frames --usually promotions offered.
