We were not contacted in advance to let us know about the delay. We understand that unexpected situations can arise in healthcare. However, a courtesy call or text would have shown respect for patients' time -- especially for new clients. We had other appointments scheduled afterward and would have appreciated the opportunity to adjust our plans. First impressions matter, and this wasn't a great one.
