I will wear my glasses till I can no longer glue them back together. I dread picking out new…read moreglasses because of all the available choices and am never sure what looks good on me. It takes me years before I decide to get new glasses. An amazing Groupon and a high Yelp rating led me here. You may have difficulty finding this place because of lack of signage but your efforts will surely be rewarded. As you enter the plaza (it's in the same plaza as Tim Horton's) look to your left and look for unit 222. Large store with lots of choices, a comfy couch for those who have to wait for the shopper to make up their minds, and lovely staff who are patient and accommodating. Nicole was such a great helper. She ask what I was looking for, notified me of all their sales, went over all the available options and prices, discussed the most cost efficient package for my situation, and gave me pointers on what to look out for when choosing glasses. She was patient and never pushy. I decided on a stylish pair of designer glasses that fit into my budget. The experience was quick and painless and rather pleasant due to Nicole's professionalism and warm personality. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to all my friends. TIPS: - Bring someone along who has good fashion sense to help you pick out your glasses. - Take pictures of you wearing the glasses instead of completely relying on the mirrors, believe me, it does make a difference. - Communicate with the salesperson on your likes, wants, limitations and needs.

So glad I decided to come here after finding this place on google! From the moment I walked through…read morethe door, Justin was so helpful and answered all my questions. The store felt clean and they took all covid safety precautions, including making sure all glasses were sanitized after being touched. Justin helped to work around my insurance budget and they even do direct billing. I'm thoroughly happy with the service they provided today and will recommend them to my friends and family.

AVOID DR. JORDAN CHESKES, DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. HE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR EYES…read more Review below written over 2 years ago. Please read and consider going to another doctor for your eye needs. I wish my mom could have seen someone else before it was too late. She is now registered with CNIB because of this doctor. After seeing the all the issues and lack of care my mom has been receiving from Dr. Jordan Cheskes, I would not recommend him to anyone. After 2 unsuccessful retina surgeries, she's left with barely any vision. One of her eyes already had macular degeneration with very low vision so this was her good eye that she was able to depend on for everything. First surgery, retina failed to attach and she called after some issues started happening within a week or two after the initial surgery and next day appointment. Her concerns were basically ignored and was left with the original appointment that was already made, even though parts of her sight were dark/black unable to see. Next appointment comes and she's told she needs another emergency surgery (failed to get her in sooner after she mentioned the issues that were happening weeks prior.) Now more of her retina was cut again and oil was put in her eye instead of the gas. The oil was also left in much longer than it should have been and in between having oil and needles in the eye, my mom is still left unable to see, drive or do any daily activities like she could 10/11 months ago. She was supposed to have all the oil removed in the third procedure but oil was still left in her eye, ridiculous. She mentioned that in her last appointment and all she was told was if it bothers you we can go back inside (a fourth surgery, ARE YOU KIDDING ME?) Why wasn't it done right the first time? All of the oil was supposed to be removed and why would someone mention an issue if it didn't bother them? Makes no sense. I don't know what is going on with this place but is anyone qualified? Is Dr. Jordan Cheskes even qualified to perform these surgeries and procedures? My mom is left with large oil bubbles floating in her eye with already blurred vision plus her other eye that has macular degeneration. She's depressed and unable to get basic tasks done. Can't drive, can't email, can't read, can't watch tv, can't do grocery shopping alone. Something really needs to be done. This is unacceptable on so many levels.

Pleasant, professional, and efficient. Took extra time for me to come into the examining room…read moreduring a busy time of the day and re-explain my partners problem. Highly recommended! J L Barr
