Chakra Tattoo - Just came in and went out w my tattoo in 15 minutes, So detailed and Maze is a very nice and artistic person. Thanks - Tattoo Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I went in with a group of friends and all of the tattoos we got were severely overpriced. i got a touch-up on a pervious tattoo that cost $100 to add 4 small lines and fill in some holes. I have a few more tattoos so i know how to take care of them, not even 2 days after i started getting an infection. i used antimicrobial soap and made sure it stayed hydrated and clean and it was still bad. All the ink is gone now and I'm left with a scar where the ink was, i called in trying to get a refund and they feigned responsibility saying it was obviously not their fault. Would not recommend. These photos were taken over a few days read more

Went in today and was quite impressed with the talent, service and time they put into my Tattoo. Martin was my artist and I really loved his energy and vibes. I highly recommend this shop, the inside was super cute with a bunch of dope art work and they were super helpful helping me pick out a tattoo. They were able to take me as a walk in which I was super grateful for ! I will definitely be back and would recommend this place to anyone looking for well done art !!!! Thanks again Martin !!!!!!! read more

Cannot speak highly enough of this shop. Clean and professional. Stupid talented. But even more - the kindest coolest people I've encountered in a long time. My son and I are in town for the game and decided to get tattoos to commemorate. Theo accommodated us as walk ins. Drew up our custom tattoo in minutes. And executed it to perfection. We were already way impressed with everything and then only them to learn we were being gifted a London Broncos towel. This shop has gone above and beyond. We will for sure be repeat customers next time we come to Denver. read more

Had the pleasure of meeting tattoo artist Beto. He was extremely friendly and very professional. He made me feel welcomed and at home. I showed him what I had in mind and he went above and beyond. It took a little longer than anticipated but with a good cause. He is so thorough in his setup and cleaning routine. It's unlike anything I have ever seen and this is my sixth tattoo. He was extremely reasonable and guarantees his work for as long as you have it. I would highly recommend this artist to everyone in the downtown Denver area. read more

The worst experience I have ever encountered. I went in Tuesday and set up an appointment with Beto for Friday at noon. Explained what I wanted we chatted over text for a few days he Rolodex something really nice and beautiful come Friday on my appt. when I showed up he had nothing ready rather decided he wanted me to design my tattoo. Ok I should have turned around and left at this point but against by better judgment I stayed and spent 2.5 hours designing my tattoo with the guy. Turned out ok on paper but I was overwhelmed with ideas because frankly that's not my forte, I left it up to him for a reason. Needless to say the tattoo itself took 2.5 hours more and ended up 3 sq. Inches larger than I wanted... and $100 more than quoted but the money isn't the issue. My memorial tattoo for my late son. A situation that I cherish completely shred into pieces and shat on with a terribly amateur appearing line work. I'm not even bothering with repair because it's so dark and raggedy it cannot be repaired! I'm going as far to remove the wings and crown because I'm embarrassed to even have it on my body! I haven't been able to share it with family, and I'm not even mad anymore I'm simply crushed. It's like loosing my child all over again. Wishing this would add some closure after a long long time of not being able to rest but it's only made it reopen the wounds. He offered to work on it again at no cost but how do you repair a broken heart after already loosing a child? read more

Made an appointment for 10pm and they cancelled it. Bad customer service and left us with no option. Choose a better place

Called these guys on a quick setup for some matching tattoos for my wife and I. Staff was friendly, shop was clean, experience went very well. Got the tattoos done and went about our days. Unfortunately for all these good things our tattoos didn't heal properly per the artist instructions for the healing and both tattoos will require going to one of our local artist and having the tattoos redone. Wish the tattoos would have been as good as the service. read more

My tattoo is spotty, and barely visible. I got it a week ago from yesterday. This was my 14th tattoo so I know how to care for and heal them. He over charged my bf for a tiny little finger tattoo... And over charged me for my shop minimum size tattoo no shading... Just lines. He was not busy and he took advantage of us. Don't go here unless you want to pay him again to go back two weeks later to fix his mistakes. read more

Was in Denver visiting a friend who moved out there. We wanted to get matching lotus flower tattoos on our finger. We called at 4:30pm and spoke to someone about getting an appointment. He tried dissuading us from getting it Saturday 9/26 and told us to come back Sunday. We advised we'd still like to come in as they close at 9. He said okay as long as we got to the shop by 5:15. We show up at 5 and both Tino and the guy we spoke to on the phone start bust out laughing, clearly not happy we actually showed up to our appointment. Tino took my friend and did a great job, was hospitable, and wore a mask. The guy who did me and my other friend's tattoo was without a mask the ENTIRE time, super rude, and clearly did not want to do our tattoos. He kept trying to talk us out of finger tattoos. He then made one friend, Megan sign a waiver, and neither me nor my friend Ayla had to sign one. The entire time he tattooed me he had no mask and was rude. My tattoo also looks like it's drawn in pen and looks NOTHING like the picture I showed him. He also told me he couldn't put it in the spot I wanted (as pictured) because it was "too small". Lastly, and this is may be the most obscene part, we were charged $100 for this LITTLE tattoo! How absurd! Never going back. He never even told us his name. If you're in the tattoo game you have to be cooperative and have a damn personality. BEWARE! read more

These guys are badass. Just randomly walked into this shop because I wanted to get a tattoo while in town. It's always a crapshoot if you don't have a recommendation on a shop. I walked in and started chatting these dudes up and felt immediately welcome and at home. I told Beto what I wanted and he worked with me on the sizing and helped pick out the best color and options. Really talented and professional and no attitude. Will definitely come back next time I'm here in Denver. Highly recommend. read more

This place is amazing! Definitely the go-to tattoo shop in Denver! Both Beto and Stephan are amazing artists and they made our experience great! My wife and I walked in one day to get a consult on what we wanted, and they were immediately able to draw perfect designs for both of us! 2 days after walking in we got our tattoos. They were entertaining, accommodating and super gentle with the needle. Great pricing and good timing. Both were also very knowledgeable about what extra details could really make the tattoos pop. I would highly recommended this place! read more

Beto is the best!!!! Love getting inked at this shop and by him ;) awesome dude awesome vibes

I got a tattoo two weeks ago and supposed to be a finger tattoo of red gold and green lines on my left index finger I am mocha color the color showed up I had to go a week again because the colors were splitting as he just stabbed the needle and didn't do it properly I went back to get it done and did it over the red completely never showed up that was red yellow green and never showed up I asked him for to speak to the manager he said he's the manager said he didn't like me anyway that much before and to get out of this place of business!! I ask to speak to the supervisor and he's telling me that the hand tattoos didn't take. which is not true I've seen hand tattoos fully and they have taken he just didn't know what he was doing and he was disrespectful I knew I was not going to get any money back or compensation he offered to do my wrist when I wanted a finger tattoo and kept saying that the finger tattoo would not work and he didn't like doing them anyway. "DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE" the guy is RUDE. they charged me $80 for this tattoo that didn't even keep the ink in. I've had cheaper ones that lasted longer it's not the money it's the principle and it's too bad his attitude was horrible cuz I could have bought him a lot of business. read more

Chakra Tattoo didn't close, they just moved to a new location a few blocks up. I go to Chakra tattoo for Jules. He's been inking me for quite a while now and I follow him wherever he goes. Chakra Tattoo always makes me feel right at home, their laid back environment allows for a peaceful tat session. From artists to other clients, I've never encountered anyone as Chakra that wasn't friendly, thoughtful, and fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend Chakra Tattoo, Jules, and the other artists to anyone craving some new ink. Love you Jules!! read more

I had a 9 hour layover at the airport so me and my husband decided to look around the city of Denver when we had the great idea to get a tattoo commemorating our one week vacation in cancun, we looked up tattoo shops and found this one here, really great quality, great staff and very clean. It was my first tattoo and he made it a very easy process. The artist was Matt G. Thank you very much, we're so grateful! We absolutely love it! read more

Chakra Tattoos is an awesome shop. Jules has done 3 pieces for me now, the first being a cover up that he did an absolutely amazing job on. Everyone is extremely welcoming and they make you feel right at home the second you walk in those doors. I've meet a few of the other artist, but I'm a die-hard Jules fan. That guy knows what he's doing and his work is never short of absolutely perfect. He really takes the time to build a relationship with his clients and I really appreciate that. I would recommend this shop to anyone. If you're looking for a place to get a beautiful tattoo from awesome people, get to Chakra right now. They won't let you down. read more
