I don't write many Yelp reviews, but Mark Morgan & his team at F3 have earned every word of this…read moreone. I've worked with Mark Morgan for several years now, and he is, without question, the best trainer I've ever worked with. His knowledge of fitness, strength training, mobility, and overall health is incredible, but what really sets him apart is after all these years, he continues to challenge me, and somehow keeps me engaged even on the days I'm not feeling it. As a former college athlete, I've become noticeably stronger, my overall fitness has improved, and I can do things today that I couldn't do when I started. When I've had physical concerns (including a fun year with frozen shoulder) I relied so heavily on the expertise and experience of Dr. Jon Francis - who is absolutely incredible... and also a phenomenal trainer himself! But the biggest transformation hasn't been physical. The greatest gift F3 has given me has been my mental health. Life is busy, stressful, and demanding, and that hour has become something I genuinely need. No matter how I walk through the door--stressed, exhausted, overwhelmed, or distracted--I always leave feeling happier, more energized, and in a better headspace than when I arrived. The entire team at F3 is so welcoming & encouraging. I've made genuine friends in some of the trainers and others who work out there. I've seen great athletes improve, and I've seen people regain their lives there. It is a space for everyone, completely free of judgment. Whether you're just starting your fitness journey or you've been training for years, Mark meets you where you are and pushes you to become the best version of yourself. If you're looking for a gym that genuinely cares about you as a whole person, I cannot recommend F3 and Mark Morgan highly enough.

I joined the Arthur Jordan YMCA, where I am paying $65.00 a month for unlimited access to the Fitness Center Monday through Friday from 05:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Saturday from 07:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. I am able to enjoy my own Soundtrack. I am now doing 40 minutes on the Treadmill, 10 minutes on the Rower, 10 minutes on the Weight Floor. If you are a member you can go to all of Indianapolis Ys and there are locations across the country that will allow you to go when you are out of town. This location is my favorite even though it isn't the closest to my home it has early morning classes that I enjoy going to. I have tried a variety of classes that they offer from Pilates to Les Mills Grit and all of the instructors that I have come across have been welcoming and supportive when trying something new. If you are looking for a good place for you and your family to get moving this is a great option.

Maria made the experience very comfortable and showed us the ropes without making the process as intimidating as it may look from the outside. This studio offers classes for those who are looking to tone their bodies to those who are going through physical therapy (full gamut). Our class included usage of the reformer machines that work both the legs and arms. We also incorporated a taste of bar work. Note that the room is both clean and crisp with several different forms of exercise available. The front of the building serves as a mini apparel shop (hard to resist the fun and sassy items on display).

Decided to stay for a barre/towel class as it was snowing & there happened to be a class staring in a few minutes. How lucky that I did! As a fitness professional with 33 years in the business, I am a bit particular about great instruction. I got to take class with Jen the owner. She was nothing short of amazing. Clear, fun instruction that left me feeling stretched, lengthened & revitalized from my little head to the tip of my toes. All the very fit gals in class were super inspiring as well. Cute boutique, warm greeting & lovely community. Don't hesitate- go!!
