There are modifications for everyone and no one wants to see you succeed more than these coaches and this community. They have a nutritionist on site, a meal prep service that keeps meals stocked there, and monthly challenges to help you work on skills. There's a lululemon store on site as well. They have a consistency club that challenges members to be consistent with attendance and offers prizes and stickers. They also have other events at the gym for charity. The space is massive and it stays clean! The coaches truly are top notch. I've been to many CrossFit gyms but this one is by far my absolute favorite. But it was raining on the morning of the outdoor yoga class, so it was moved indoors to the Breathe studio. That turned out to be A-OK, because I got to practice in their gorgeous studio. It's so calm and inviting. And our instructor, Teresa, was a delight. She led us through an easy flow that included lots of twists and eagle poses. The flow was accessible to everyone, and there were people of all levels practicing together. It was my first class at Breathe, and I felt completely welcome. Yoga people are my people, and it was obvious I was among my people. The class was beautiful and just what I needed. I do love practicing yoga outdoors, so I'll have to sign up for another outdoor yoga class with Breathe in the future. They offer them occasionally during the summer.

There were only 3 reformers there but i did appreciate that it was a small class, who wants to embarrass themselves in front of a large group?! Bonus points for respecting personal boundaries and asking if we were comfortable with physical corrections/guidance. I thought "oh that wasn't so bad" but definitely felt it a couple days later. The facility is dirty , and yes I did take pictures to prove my point . The facility is not well ran , there is no gym etiquette . If you are working out you will have the pack of Ferrell teens standing around measuring their fat arms and legs or someone will just jump in with you while you are in between sets , without asking . In short , its the staff more than anything that ruins the experience . They cant be bothered to make your visit descent .
