La operadora de Cha Cha Express me llamo verifico toda la information de recogida y destino de mi vehículo, muy profesional y cortes, luego el chofer llego antes de la hora inicialmente dada a mi por la AAA, su profesionalismo, conocimiento y cuidado hacia mi vehículo fue excepcional. En cuanto puse ña llamada me llamó la dispatcher Ruth, muy amable y me preguntó y verificó la dirección de recogida y de entrega. La grúa llegó en 55 minutos ( un tiempo razonable para ser tampa a las 4 de la tarde ). Mi auto llegó a su destino sin ningún problema y recibí una llamada de seguimiento de la despachar para ver como fue el servicio. I would give a 0 star. If I could they don't speak a lick of english they shouldn't be driving toe trucks. Toe truck driver comes to pick up a Jeep. Can't even pick up the Jeep. Cause he has another car on the flat bed. Don't ever ever hire these guys. They are the worst. They will damage your car. They will treat you like shit. They will hang up on you. Wow. Cha Cha Express is a phenomenal towing company. Sent by AAA, the dispatcher Tiffany was a pleasure. Communication was incredible and the tow driver Angel was truly an angel. Caught in a downpour, he didn't want me to get soaked. He looked for my apartment complex parking spot and drove my truck to it upon releasing it from his tow unit. my car would not start while parked in the carport. Thus, both the steering and transmission were locked. The cha-cha Xpress driver arrived promptly after my call, knew how to unlock the steering and transmission, and had it loaded very quickly. I had to wait 45 minutes because it was on a really busy time of the day and traffic is pretty bad in the tampa area, but I rather wait for them than calling anyone else. There is no reason I'm using any app beside mycheverolet app to send location for a service resquest. And being forced to send my location using Apple Maps in order to get a service request done! I called AAA for a tow of my daughter's car. I talked to the nice dispatcher for Cha Cha Express. She said he was 12 minutes out, but he arrived quicker than that. He was a nice guy. He towed the car to my service company. All said, 15-20 minutes since I started the call with AAA that the car gets towed. I'm happy not having to wait around for two. read more

Tiffany and Rolando (I believe was our tow truck driver) were great. He showed up timely, and got my vehicle to the shop. Tiffany called and took care of all the other things that needed to be done (extra tow milage more than what AAA permits and getting our payment and AAA card info etc.). I had an amazing experience with Cha Cha Express. I had requested a tow throw AAA and they were there in about 15 minutes. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of moving parts that made the situation stressful, however they made the situation a lot less stressful! 10/10 service. read more
