Second time here, excellent noodles (they have a beef oxtail one) as well as tea (served with sticks of honey crystals and lemon). Great service and also very stylish interior. Recommended if you are staying at or hanging around The Strat!

Nice restaurant in The Strat. Potstickers were amazing and the Asian donuts for dessert are a must! The noodle bowl was ok, but service was a bit slow and they weren't even that busy.

I stumbled upon this place inside the Strat. I loved the decor, it resembled something like a back alley. it was very reminiscent of a back alley in China town LA. There wasn't very many people in there on a Tuesday night however the service was super slow and satisfactory. Despite the slow service the food was outstanding. I tried the bulgogi fried rice that came presented with an egg on top and was surprised that it came served with mushrooms mixed in which was very delicious. I also decided to try some cocktails and couldn't find one interesting enough to really get into so I went with the strawberry sake and a glass of plum wine. The sake was great and the plum wine was regular since it really is my go to when I feel like I cant find something better to try.

Confucius' Smile and Heart of the Dragon. Both excellent!!!

To be quite frank, I wasn't expecting much when we decided to come to CHI Asian Kitchen for dinner. We were seeing a show at The Strat and wanted to eat in close proximity and this place seemed to fit the bill. We didn't make a reservation but were seated right away. It wasn't crazy busy, but it was not empty in here either. It helps that it was early on a weeknight. The place is very cutely decorated, like a night market. I called it the Disney version of an Asian night market to my husband, and I meant it in a nice way for sure. It was clean and it was a feast for the eyes. Our server was really bubbly and friendly. She was really great with recommendations and checking up on us. When it got a little busier, her attention waned a little, but she was always back with a smile and an apology. I didn't need an apology, but I accepted it as really nice thing for her to do. I lover super friendly and easy to speak to people. Biggest shocker was how good the cocktails were. They were pretty expensive, so I appreciate that they actually tasted well balanced and delicious. I'd order Confucius' Smile all the time. The food was shockingly good too! Not going to lie, I used to work at the casino kitty corner to The Strat and their Asian restaurant doesn't hold a candle to this place. I was expecting mediocre and got really good, shockingly authentic but also fun and imaginative. The food was also fresh and made with fresh ingredients. I was so impressed. I actually regret that I couldn't fit more Hunan beef into me, it was that good. The chicken karaage bao buns were so freaking good, excellent balance of flavors and perfectly fried chicken. All in all, I'd come back here again. Sure, it was a little expensive for a local, but it was so good, I'd be willing to come back.

I know this is not the best Chinese cuisine in town, it isn't Chinatown...but....it is pretty good. The restaurant is fun and trendy...somewhere you would take out of town friends for an experience. Decoration is great and background music very fun!!! We ordered spicy edamame, pot stickers and the Kung Pao noodles and asked for spicy. Two appetizers came first..the edamame portion is HUGE...it was so delicious. The pot stickers were ok, could have been warmer and maybe a little bland for the filling...I will leave those out of the order next time, especially after seeing the portion size of the edamame. The kung pao noodles were the star of the show...just a little kick of spice...all very fresh vegetables with chicken and peanuts. This is also a big portion...only 19 dollars for this...a screaming deal for this portion size! Extra bonus mention...there is a very clean restroom inside the restaurant...normally in a casino you have to exit and use the public restroom...but not here. Very nice! Really liked finding this new gem...will be back for sure.

This restaurant is inside the Stratosphere hotel and casino and parking was free. We came here for dinner. I ordered the beef pho which was huge and it came with all the extras to mix in. The pieces of meat were big but a little tough for me. My spouse ordered the seafood yakisoba which was huge as well. He really enjoyed it and ate the whole thing. Our waitress was nice and the restaurant was spacious.

This place is like a Hidden Gem in Vegas! The ambiance is so relaxing. Service is always great! Food is very tasty and plenty! Depending how hungry we are, our foods we get is the Charred Beans, Potstickers, Spring Rolls, Sweet and Sour Pork Ribs, and House Fried Rice! We ALWAYS eat here at least once when we visit.

String beans, cucumbers, edamame

Pleasantly surprised with this place! Stayed at the Strat for the BSB concert and wanted to do something close by the hotel and we noticed this place. Nice atmospheric interior, and many interesting things to choose off the menu. I decided to get the beef bulgogi fried rice and sampled a bunch of appetizers: spicy cucumber salad, charred green beans, and the spicy edamame. My favorite were the green beans. The rice was also good and had very good flavor. Highly recommend this spot!

Food was fantastic, ambiance is really calm and romantic. Beyond all this, our server Marija was the sweetest and most helpful server. She was attentive, kind and gave great recommendations. This was literally the best service I have had in years.

Amazing Seafood Udon Noodle Soup so good

I will be back whenever I am in town. This bowl was so good I brought the left overs on the plane and finished it off at home and it was still very tasty. Toms of well cooked seafood with a very tasty broth/sauce!!' Did note disappoint! The portions and prices are fair considering it's in a hotel on the strip. A must try!

Mongolian Beef with steamed rice. Be careful it's an oily mess underneath.

During my stay at The Strat, I received a $25 food and drink credit to use at one of the hotel's restaurants. After weighing my options, I decided to try Chi Asian Kitchen--and I'm glad I did.it's simular to PF Chang's. The atmosphere looks mid to high end. I loved the huge red dragon that you follow from the entrance to the dining area. Going in, I was expecting inflated hotel prices, but I was pleasantly surprised to see several menu items priced under $25. I ordered the Mongolian beef with steamed rice, and the dish hit the spot. The flavors were solid, the portion satisfying, and the beef was cooked well. That said, the amount of oil used was definitely on the heavy side--it didn't ruin the meal, but it was noticeable. The process for using the food credit is a bit specific: * You must dine at a Strat-owned restaurant * The meal must be charged to your room * The credit is automatically applied at checkout * And importantly, any difference owed does not come out of your deposit Bottom line: Chi Asian Kitchen is a solid choice if you're looking to make the most of your dining credit at The Strat. The food is flavorful, reasonably priced (for Vegas hotel dining), and the experience is hassle-free--just watch the oil content.

Didn't expect much of this place. Its located inside the stratosphere and oh boy food is delicious! Inside the restaurant is pretty nice and our server Connie has been great. Got some good apps. Everything is tasty! Would be back for sure.

Friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and very helpful. There's a bar out front, and the dining area behind. The ambiance and decor are beautiful, nice open seating area as well. They have a DJ on the weekends to set the vibes. The real star, however, is of course the food. Robust and rich, elevating your traditional Asian flavors and taking them to the next level. All the food is delicious, but the standouts for me were the fried rice and the laksa. The wok hei was great on the fried rice (iykyk) and the laksa reminds me of home! You'll find them on the casino floor and if you go left from Golden Circle Sports Bar, they're at the former spot of Las Vegas Yacht Club seafood restaurant. Inside is a lively atmosphere and very spacious, has elegant Japanese style latern and modern decor. You can dine at the bar or table, and there's ample seating. Soft opening was on September 1, 2025. They had their grand opening on October 3, 2025, the same day when they had their liquor license. They offer sake, wine, beer, and san miguel. Menu has a great selection of starters, soup, premiums, house specialty, tofu dish, noodle stir fry, noodle soup, fried rice, desserts and beverages. The Wor Wonton Soup ($18) is excellent and incredibly delicious! Soup broth is nicely seasoned and flavorful, has four big portions of pork & shrimp wontons, tender chicken, succulent shrimp, bok choy, shiitake mushrooms and carrots, it usually includes beef but I ask to omit, and I love how they're able to accommodate. It's so nice to meet Anthony, he's VP, and came by to my table to check in, asked how everything was, he's very welcoming and personable. I also met the head chef, Eduardo, he was the one who prepared the soup, it's superb! I wish more people know about this fantastic restaurant. Not a lot of people know about this hidden gem. Everyone in the staff is kind and accommodating, including Juan, he gave helpful directions where to find them. The dining area is immaculate, has high ceiling, and table seating can accommodate up to 250 people. This is not a traditional Chinese restaurant. Ace Dragon Wok primarily focus on guest curated experiences, and can customize any order especially for dietary needs for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free. The chef is well versed in Pan-Asian inspired cuisines, and everything is customizable to the region of preference, such as Malaysian, Indonesian, Tawainese, Japanese (excluding sushi), Filipino, Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, and Korean. This is all based on reservation, a minimum of two hours advance notice is needed before opening to allow the chef adequate time to prepare a customization menu. They also make their own five spice and chili oil. Service from Joaquin, Anthony, and Juan is very kind, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Joaquin recommends to try Malay Curry Lime Salmon, it's a spicy dish but they can modify to make it not spicy which is great!

Enormous disappointment…read more We were so looking forward to our meal here. I'm in my "seafood period" right now and I was excited at the potential I saw in the menu here. It's beautiful. But you no doubt know that from all of the Insta pics. Plan on some extra time to allow all of the wannabe influencers that are staging photo shoots at the entrance, which is famously decked out in fake flowers and pretty vignettes. It's all downhill from there. We were about 10 minutes early for our 5:30 reservation and the hostess told us she would seat us "closer to our reservation time". OK. That is sort of unusual since the restaurant seemed empty but sure. 5:30 came and went. We went back up to the hostess stand... apparently there was some shift change that was holding things up. Again, that's OK. But there was an attitude about it all that wasn't very friendly. We were shown to our table soon and it was a nice curvy booth. We both noticed pretty quickly that the music is too loud. That makes everyone have to talk loudly so you will be surrounded by tables of people yelling at each other. Our server seemed distinctly unimpressed that we didn't order any alcohol. You could see the moment he lost interest in us. When my partner asked about the chicken he sort of menu shamed us. We ordered expensive food so his attitude was unnecessary and he did warm up a bit after that. I had the seafood tower for one. This is $68 a person. When they put it in front of me, I was honestly confused. I couldn't hear a thing our server was saying over the loud music so I missed his descriptions of the items. There was something so bizarre on this seafood tower - something that looked like an oyster shell full of whipped cream. What in the world? Oh it's so much worse than that. To my horror, I tried it and found this is some sort of absolutely foul lemongrass cream or some nonsense like that. It was an enormous amount of it - a full mouthful and at the bottom of the shell was supposedly an oyster. I didn't find it and I wouldn't want to eat an oyster that had been sitting in that offensive pool. Wow. That is so amazingly bad. Nowhere on the menu do they warn you what they are going to do to your oysters. It's truly appalling - so bad in fact that I just had to say something to the waiter. He seemed surprised but I don't buy it. This cannot be popular. Anyway, rant over. The rest of the seafood tower was just OK. The lobster was tiny and not super fresh. The shrimp were sort of "meh" but the hit surprisingly was the scallop ceviche... very nice and bright. Note there is no bread either offered or on the menu. Felt weird. It's needed. For our main course, my partner got the filet mignon and a side lobster tail. His lobster was also of the "wee" variety and a bit tough. Steak was nice though and cooked as requested. I had the Truffle Mushroom with Spaghetti and added the jumbo shrimp. This was also terrible. I thought I liked truffles - but I bit into something in this dish that again I can only describe as foul. And the sauce was just too much and overwhelming. I ate about three bites and just gave up. We spent about $260 before tip. With no drinks. This was a pretty stunningly bad meal.

The food service was super quick. The food came out one after another. I liked how quick it was. Our server also refilled our waters a couple times. However our table was wobbly and I think the server asked the manager to come and she looked as us at a loss for words lol. She didn't know what to do so we ended up just dealing w it. The food was pretty good! They also give you complementary bread in the beginning. Elote 10/10: this was probably our fave dish. Super flavorful and the corn was crunch and sweet. We added extra lime cuz we like it on the sour side and it was so good. Korean wings 7/10: pretty flavorful too and it comes w a sweet and sour sauce which I thought was okay. The crisp of the chicken was nice r and the wings were not dry. Kalbi tacos 6/10: sadly this one was not as good as I expected. The flavors were there but the kalbi was not as tender as I hoped. It was kinda chewy sadly. Kimchi carbonara 8/10: the pasta was cooked perfectly. I def tasted the kimchi. I just wish there more protein in there. I think there was supposed to be bacon bits but I barely tasted any of that lol. Overall it was a fun experience and I would return w a large group of people so I can try out their other menu items too.
