He was kind, empathetic, professional, and prompt. So when we were in the process of buying our next home I insisted on an air test for mold. There was no visible water damage and people told me I was over reacting. The house had been flipped and looked shiny and new. Nope. I will never again live somewhere without an air test. So I called Billy. I kept his info hoping I could just recommend him to other people but was glad I had it. Surely this was just a precaution... Nope. Stachybotrys. F***ing toxic black mold. He knew right away where it was. There was a toilet that had been installed improperly and was slowly leaking into the floor below. His moisture meter picked it up immediately. He even called me right after he tested and told me he was pretty sure the toilet was leaking.
