We are extremely disappointed in our business relationship with this company. Not only did we waste…read moremoney on our installation, which after several years the floor is lifting in more spot than not. We have consulted with 3 other companies explaining that this is a result of putting our new floor over an existing surface. So, now both floors will need to be removed before a new can be installed properly. After posting this review Zack Coleman decided to address the situation not with me, but with my husband and assumed a tattle tale position. He also called my Husband a liar, stating a conversation never took place regarding us paying another 3k to install a new floor. This unprofessionalism will not be tolerated and I'm moving on to the BBB with an additional review. The company cares only about the star rating and not about the sh$t job floor sitting in my house. Zack you should be ashamed of your professional ethics and others should know how you conduct business before choosing to spend their money on this ridiculousness. Zack entered into a third grade level spat with me only after he saw my review. Who does this guy think he is? Again...they lied... All of our flooring was purchased through Coleman's flooring and they have made zero attempt to take financial responsibility for their mistake, Zack continues to spin this very inaccurate and unfortunate story in his favor. Wish me the best?! As if we'd let you near our home....laughable, I will be posting a copy of my sales receipt and invoice showing all materials were purchased through and from Coleman's flooring, clearly they have multiple people with issues telling the truth at this company, we did not buy our flooring from another retailer as stated. The continued defense and attempt at deflection in regards to both the professional interaction and personal one will be met with push back at every turn both in this forum and in an escalated one, I have zero intention of keeping this as an internet squabble. You are wrong, and the floor is wrong, and Coleman's lied continually about the specifics. The proof is in the pictures. Feel free to show your a$$ some more, I'll gladly match your energy. Hopefully perspective clientele see what they could be subjected to. We have received several new estimates and evaluations, those contractors are also aware of who put the floor in and what has transpired. These people think this is the country club, and it's not. They don't get to throw a tantrum because I'm sharing my experiences on yelp The content of the review is based on our experiences with this company...not opinions. I'll continue to find forums where I can share this story and its continuation. So by all means keep altering your response and I'll do the same.

Our poor late…read morecat had basically destroyed the old laminate floors in our living room, and even prior to that, we had hated the cheap look of those floors, so we searched reviews for the best flooring companies in Fort Wayne to tear them up and replace them with laminate. Michael's had excellent reviews on other websites, and when we consulted them in store, we were met with friendly assistance and advice for the kind of flooring we needed. We were able to quickly schedule an in-home estimate, and after doing the same with another local company, we went with Michael's since their price was fair, the flooring materials were what we wanted, and a reasonable timetable for installation was given. The tearup of the old floor was a pain since it was simply glued to the concrete, but the workers were very fast and efficient, completing that arduous job in just one day. They worked around our schedule, giving us time to put down odor-reducing primer. The installation of the new flooring was even faster--just over 2 hours the next day. We are so pleased with our new flooring, and highly recommend Michael's to anyone in and around Fort Wayne!
