I asked Randy which hardwood flooring is the most durable? He told me that ebony, cherry, live oak, or bamboo are the most durable choices. I don't normally post reviews but Ross Restoration definitely deserves one!…read more Everyone I worked with was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, trustworthy and professional. The technicians showed up on time (always called first), communicated well, and kept the project moving on schedule. They made a stressful mold situation much easier to deal with. What stood out to me was their honesty and customer service. I never felt pressured, and they were always willing to answer questions and explain things. Their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work gave me confidence that the job was being done right. While cleaning our basement the techs came across some valuable coins that I had lost track of and gave them to me (trustworthy). I thought the quote was very reasonable when compared to competition. It's refreshing to find a company that still takes pride in both their work and how they treat customers. I would gladly use Ross Restoration again and would recommend them to family and friends without hesitation.

I understand a small variance between quote and final invoice but this goes beyond that. They refused to negotiate the final invoice. Terrible service, do not recommend. The owner responded saying my problem is with insurance. It is not. My insurance is treating me fairly and paying the claim. My problem is with the bad faith estimate that was provided to me by Ross Restoration. I think his response shows their lack of ownership of when they make mistakes in their work. There are regulations that are supposed to prevent surprise billing and it is reasonable that consumers shouldn't expect more than a 10% difference between estimate and final bill. His response is a great example of why I do not recommend them.
