For a town that mainly has Mexican food and pizza, this place has a lot of competition. For the price, I'd say it is pretty descent. I must say it looks a lot better now that it has an actual sign instead of the banner that was covering up the Yukon Jack sign. It is a little pricey, with most of the seafood dishes close to 20 bucks, but they give you nice-sized portions. There are only a couple sit-down Mexican food options in Kerman, and the atmosphere here is nice. I've had the carnitas, which were fine, the mango shrimp tostada (a bit too sweet for my taste), and the shrimp red sauce tostada. It's worth a try. Been here a few times and each time my experience has been the same. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Every single time, I get the same server. She always acts like you are bothering her, like she's doing you favor and like her time on the clock is her time only. She always takes her time to get the basics out to the table (menu, chips and salsa). Drinks of course take another 5-10 to get and then if you don't place your order before she walks away, then you need to wait another 10 minutes. Food to get to table is between 10-15 minutes long ( this is when there is only two occupied tables). So by that time, if you only have a 30 minute lunch you are screwed! The food is SUPER EXPENSIVE!!!!! The last time I dinned there (which is the very last) this server was behind the bar getting someone's plate ready and I noticed her sticking her fingers in the food, and while a young man from kitchen got behind her and started caressing her shoulder and neck with his face while she was getting this plate ready with her fingers. Each time I have gone to the restaurant, I easily spend anywhere $30-$40 for 4 tacos or for 1 burrito!!!! The price and service is not worth the dent on pocket book. Thought maybe helping on a local restaurant was the right thing to do, but apparently it seems like local support is not worthy. Therefore, they will no longer have my support!!! Horrible customer service I spent 88 bucks they missed one item, and accused me of having it, the manager also didn't want to replace the item and he was scared to even come out and speak with me at that very unprofessional, you can't run a business accusing your customers, never again. When she brought my order she brought me camarones COOKED in lemon clearly I said I wanted them ceviche style like the menu states. She was very rude about exchanging my plate when I hadn't even touch it . I let her know immediately that's not what I order. I asked to have the right plate and she continued to argue with me the customer that I had order wrong, like why argue with the customer just get the right plate and go about it. Definitely a solid 3 maybe even a 4 stars but because the service lacked had to take a couple stars away. We went Saturday night at 9pm, it was very busy, very understaffed, and very pricey. We waited to be seated but no one was in the front to greet us so we had to find a waiter to seat us. The food was delicious, my husband enjoyed his plate and I loved my sushi roll. My biggest complaint was my husband plate was served right away and I didn't recieve my sushi roll until 20 minutes later. My husband was done with his food before I got to eat so we just looked at each other while we ate at different times lol. I asked for a Pacifico Michelada and I got Corona but because I could never find our waitress I drank half of it. After I finished eating we waited for another 15 minutes for the waitress until I had to go to the front to ask for my check. No complaints on the food it was really good. If they bump up their staff I think they'll do just fine in Kerman. read more

These people are discriminatory, unprofessional, and rude. My family and I had been waiting to be seated for 30 minutes when another family, who also had no reservation, the same size as my family walked in and they were promptly taken to a table that accommodated their family size. We didn't want jump to conclusions and when I asked (after I had heard a member of the other family say they didn't have a reservation) what was going on, they tried to lie to us and tell us the other family had a reservation only to it shortly be confirmed by another waitress that they didn't have one. What was even more upsetting was that a customer that was there to pickup their food told us, in front of the restaurant manager and staff, that they never ate there because of their discriminatory and preferential treatment. They preferred to pickup their food. We were surprised to hear that and were upset. They then proceeded to tell us that the wait time would be another hour or they could sit us in 2 separated booths. We decided to leave rather than continue to argue with them. It's unfortunate because I used to talk well about this place to my family and friends. I won't be frequenting this place anymore, not even for pickup. My morals won't allow me to support a place that is discriminatory based on race and that provides preferential treatment to others. read more

The service is horrible. I once sat over an hour with my drink and was never brought a menu. The waiter asked me if I preferred draft or bottle only to bring exactly what I didn't want. Just in this past weekend I know two people that had bad experiences at Ceviches. Mainly poor service. I work for a company that supports individuals with developmental disabilities and there is one individual that loved Ceviches, and when I say loved it is because after today he said he will never eat there again. He was treated with disrespect and not heard when he was trying to talk to the cashier. It was during an outing that he went to pick up an order and when trying to explain why he was there the cashier ignored him and did not acknowledge what he was trying to explain. When she finally stopped to listen he explained that he was there to pick up an order and the cashier stated "well next time say that when you get here" mind you, he was trying to tell her. When she was grabbing the order from the cooks she loudly told the cooks. " Cancel the other order, they did not say they had already placed the order when they got here". Again, that was what he was trying to do as soon as he arrived and the cashier ignored him. She was very rude and inconsiderate. read more
