I think they could definitely benefit from some structured responsibilities for the individuals on staff- you know what they say- jack of all trades but master of none. At the end of the day, our drinks were okay, but we watched them pour one directly out of a can. They also didn't ask if we wanted blended margaritas or on Ice, so I guess next time I should plan to specify.
