Chris was extremely helpful with getting the print job into their busy schedule. I got the quote and we conversed even on how I would be attaching the artwork to the cap--you can tell Chris cares! I got two prints in just 2 hours. I would give five stars but the payment process is what knocked out a star for me. The process was very slow and unclear. First when I entered, no one greeted me which usually leaves the customer confused. I stood around until the nice man at the register finished processing a transaction with another customer. Then, I was greeted and got the prints. I was told for a minimum print it's $6.50 cash and $10.50 with card (ahead of time on the phone which was great). I wanted to pay with cash but they don't take anything larger than $50 which I would have liked to know ahead of time since it's a big price jump. I ended up paying with card for the sake of time. The man at the register was really sweet but just extremely slow. I just wasn't counting on spending 15min just to process a payment and pickup. Overall I'd come back. They did a great job with processing my art and being responsive on the phone. Their print job is very high quality. Just needs better communication when it comes to payment rules and time.
