If I could give zero stars! I went in for a head gasket repair and came out with a blown engine due to there supposed fixes! I now am $9,000 in debt at the age of 23 because of them, and will they fix there mistakes no, they also changed the odometer numbers on my receipt paper, odd huh. Now I have another mechanic saying it doesn't even look like they touched my head gasket?! So wtf did they do! Just burn out my engine! Just cause I'm a female doesn't mean I can't do my research and I suggest anyone else coming here DONT! Also due to not justifying there mistakes they will now have a law suit! Also don't let Todd touch your car he is not a certified mechanic but will still do work when not supposed to! This place is screwed! read more

I love taking my cars here. The guys that run the place are really cool and will work with you to get you what you need at a price you can handle. Simply said, they'll make sure you're taken care of. Nice guys, fair prices, fast service. My air conditioning in my 2005 Nissan Altima crapped out a few weeks ago, which was miserable. I needed an oil change and the AC fixed, stat. I stopped by on a Tuesday at 4pm, and the guys had me out of there at 5:30 with everything I needed. They were so helpful and funny, and you get a discount if you like them on Facebook! read more

Do not waste your time and money with Certified Tire! Had front and rear brakes replaced. I asked them to take a look at a noise while they had it to see if it was something they could fix. They determined what it was and they could fix it for a decent price so I told them to go ahead and do it. They called the next day and said the part was $500 more than originally quoted. I trusted them and that they knew what they were doing. Ended up paying $800 for the repair. Got the car back and it still made the noise. Didn't fix it at all. Brakes also still squeaked! Took it back and they had it for 4 additional days and they said it was the same issue just in another part of the vehicle. Didn't offer to fix it or give any of the money back. I wasn't willing to give them any more money and I needed my car back. They did say that they changed the rear brakes again to fix the squeak. Drove off and brakes still squeaking! So frustrated and upset so much money wasted! read more

This place is a freaking joke! They had my car for 7 hours for an alignment and didn't do jack crap to it. They called me and said it needed two tires in order to complete the alignment and they needed to get the tires from Salt Lake. I was okay with this. They told me the car would be ready around 3 PM. I came in at 4 PM and they made some BS excuse about traffic and they had done nothing to the car. I took time out of my work schedule when they said it would take 1 hr in the first place. Several problems with this business: They didn't call when the car was ready--after two days, and they originally said it would only take one day; I had to call on the third day to find out if my car was done. They didn't do an oil change after I specifically requested it as part of the work order. The tires they put on the car were made by some no-name manufacturer--not a brand I've ever heard of or recognize. Can't even find reviews of them online they're so obscure. Who knows what kind of quality these no-name tires are. Finally, they said they would be able to provide the state registration stickers when I first called them and asked, but they were unable to do even that.
