The…read morestore had given me a price range, I responded with a budget and they said they can make it work. Making it work meant making my arrangement primarily fillers with occasional flowers and at the end if it all...it did not meet my vision. I really wished that they had told me up front that the desired look cannot be achieved with my budget. Then we can move on to a different look or not do it at all. Instead the arrangement was made primarily with the budget as the driving force at the compromise of my vision. The designer was soft and sweet and tried to amend the situation but ultimately nothing different could be done because the arrangement had already been made. At the end of the day, the shop is beautiful and they have amazing selection of flowers beyond your plain roses and tulips. However, I do not recommend ordering an arrangement if you have a specific inspiration in mind. Im sure if you give the designer creative freedom, it would turn out fine. I will probably be back only to pick my own stems and create my own pieces.

Initially I was on the website but chose to call in because it was quicker, both were very easy to navigate. I was able to order same day delivery and it glad I'm was able to support a bishop arts business! The recipient loved it, so I do too. TL;DR: whimsical arrangements at a decent price in the bishops arts community.

The consult was good and we were provided an offer for a couple of services, thoroughly clear an existing flowerbed, remove a tree and soil injections for 2 other trees. Initial offer seemed rather high but then the consultant called the general manager to get us a discount given we would be coming back to replace plants in the flower bed. I had to call and remind the consultant 2 times to schedule the soil injection service as they never reached out to me. The tree removal was okay but they didn't remove the entire stump even though we told them we were going to put grass over the area. Then we made an appointment to meet our consultant to design our new flowerbed bed. First appointment he wasn't there so we spent time with the GM and we discussed what we liked and didn't like which she would relay to our consultant. So a week later we went again to meet the consultant and he had NOT been informed of anything we discussed with the GM, so we had to go through the whole process again. Ultimately picked out the plants and got a design layout. Agreed a date and time for them to come and plant it all. Long story short, some of the plants were damaged (a very expensive whale tail agave) and some of what we chose in the nursery turned out to be shorter when they were delivered. Oh and again we were told we got a manager special pricing....hhmm should have been a warning sign. After the work they ask for feedback where I made all issues known and I was told someone would be reaching out. That was 2 months ago!! I even texted the same number again. No response. Basically, whilst the products and free stuff they give you is all great. There is a lot to be said about the aftercare and customer service. I will definitely be thinking twice before spending my hard earned money at Moon Nurseries.

Gave recommendations on which were best for indoor and outdoor cacti and the notes on watering. They have a decent selection of cacti. Not as many as I hoped but they could be growing their inventory over time. They have a good selection for those looking to start their first journey or if you have a large love or need for cacti in your home. Not a lot of outdoor cacti at this moment. We did leave with some good outdoor options and will be back for more after we plant what we did buy. They price ranges start at about $15 and go up from there. They even have some indoor cacti already in pots and cool containers as well. It's a place I will definitely poo in from time to time as we grow our new outdoor cacti collection. 4 stars because I am leaving room for the improvement and growth of the inventory and business. But overall I liked what they had and look forward to checking back on new inventory. The lady who runs this place is pretty cool and colorful. Something tells me she is like a cactus. Colorful, fun, always growing under any environment and sharp. Her husband helped us pick out the best ones for our idea we had and they both helped us carry them to the car. I hope they succeed in business as they seem like good people who love cacti and want others to be able to enjoy these wonderful plants inside and outside of their homes. We will be returning.

He is a bit older but damn he knows his bonsai. There were so many different kinds and he gave us information on all of them. He could definitely teach a class. In fact, I suggest following his blog. He recently did an outing where he brought some of his blog followers to a creek bed and did a bonsai dig! His nursery is run out of home and you can visit by appointment only. Don't let that discourage you though. He is very accommodating and has customers from all over the US including Colorado and Michigan. There are a few outdoor sections as well as a greenhouse for the tropical varieties. What I thought was super cool is that he has a section with all the pottery, decorations, wires, and shears. I have not seen that anywhere else. There is even a well trained dog that follows Ray around but does not go into the garden sections. How sweet! I cannot wait to come back here!
