I had another company do it for $250 took 20mins. Generally there's warrantees when you buy palms (or at least they will work with you on giving you discounted trees for the ones that they gave you that died or be accommodating in some means) we bought a few costing in the thousands. All of our palm trees had died that we purchased from them (if I remember correctly, they were $3800 apiece?) My husband just talked to the company and they said they won't replace anything because I left a bad review!!!!!!!!!!! so I guess I'm being black balled literally because I left honest review!!!!! we own several businesses ourselves never would I ever even think of treating a customer in such a unprofessional and honestly resentful way. Like is this guy really trying to take revenge on me for my honest review?! I have a social media following about 100k more lifestyle, content, tho I've never left a review about a business on my personal social media page I Definitely am going to leave one now and warn my followers of my personal horrible experience with this company. he literally admitted he's not doing anything about it because I left a bad review i'm in shock that A company can be so vengeful and unprofessional. (sidenote, after reading reviews, it looks like I'm not the only person having this issue unfortunately)

I settled on my tree; yes, it was a bit expensive, but I was just so stoked to be buying my first real Christmas tree, I didn't care. I practically threw what little money I had at them (obviously telling of my priorities). ANYWAY, flash forward to TODAY, FEBRUARY 10th, my tree looks 100%. THAT IS 80 DAYS! I don't understand this witchcraft, but I won't question it. There was and still is minimal pine shedding. I can't bear to throw it away! It's still so beautiful! This tree was completely worth it.

It was just lively enough -- there was a couple making a pretty large terrarium together and a handful of others who came in and out to buy a small plant or little knickknack, and this shop is bursting with both. You'll find all kinds of beautiful houseplants (will yours live in the sun or shade?), a variety of containers (terrariums!) in every size and shape, and endless decorative goodies to personalize your new plant-home with: crystals, pebbles, dried flowers and leaves, tiny toys and figurines, glitter and gemstones. For $25 you can choose a small plant, a small terrarium, and then have access to a specific assortment of decorative items. You can purchase any other knickknacks and doodads that speak to you, haha. They seriously have tiny figurine versions of everything... animals, superheroes, food items, zombies and aliens, cars, cartoon characters, seasonal stuff. I chose a little witch and tiny barn owl to add to my terrarium. It's the cutest thing ever! And the guy who sold it to me and walked me through the whole process was really cool and funny. He made everyone in the store feel comfortable and proud of what they were doing, haha, but he didn't hover! He was just a cool guy who seemed to like his job, which is really nice to see. I have so many ideas for more terrariums, both for both myself and as gifts!! I'll be back soon.

But, yesterday, they delivered a plant to my house in 100 degree heat & left it sitting on the front porch on the hot brick. They did ring the doorbell, because I saw it on my Ring App. Tried to tell her on the ring doorbell audio we were still out of town for the funeral, but they'd already left. Got home late that afternoon & plant was starting to wilt. Called the shop and ask what the protocol was to leave plants in hot weather outside for delivery, without a courtesy call. The floral designer answered & was very rude to me & hung up on me 2 times. I asked her to have the owner call me, & as of today at noon, I still have not received a call. I'm very disappointed that I didn't get a phone call, explanation, or just an apology. That's all I wanted.
