I have a utility cart that I use for carting items from my car to my 3rd story apartment. Well, to my disappointment one of the back screws came loose and I lost the wing nut somewhere along the way. If a cart could limp... it certainly would have. Items shifted and I crossed my fingers to get up to 150 lbs of items safely home. Home Depot has a multiple walls, rack, trays full of screws, nuts, and bolts. What size do I get...? OMG. These two ladies put their heads together, tried multiple sizes and came up with the perfect fit. It took a few minutes of twisting and turning, holding metal bars together, moving spacers in between. Pat and Stephanie got it done! I will definitely be back to this location and search these ladies out because they know how to help and provide excellent customers service. Price was minimal compared to other stores in the area.
