    Poor customer service and glasses selection. Unfortunate as they are close to my home. Will need to find a new optometrist.

    The lady who helped me pick out the glasses was amazing. Very polite and helpful BUT the guy who…read moregave me the exam HORRIBLE. He was rude and arrogant and didnt give me the help I needed. I told him the past 3 eye docters messed up my prescription and my eye muscles have gotten weak from it over the years from wrong prescription and i tried to be firm with him about what i did and didnt want because its something that has been encourged for me to do. I have autism and im learning to self advocate. Communicating and comprehension can be difficult for me. He told me to let him do his job and shut me down. I told him about some lumps above my eyes and he asked if they hurt. The question confused me because I didn't know if he meant now or not so i said no but the truth is i get pain when i look sideways or if i press. I was also encourged (by my friend who use to work with an optometrist) to tell him i wanted to start fresh and not go off of my old glasses then he told me to let him do his job and thats how he does it. I told him I've been having trouble seeing clearly even after eye exames and new glasses so he decided to do a test to see if i see double. In the middle of the test i say yes im having a hard time seeing the object up close and see double and In the middle of it a new patient walks in and he ignores what i said and says "looks like your eyes are fine" and shoes me out. Mind you when i got there he had carrots on his desk out and i had to wait 30 minutes. He is unprepared, rude and doesnt care about his patients it seems. After getting my new glasses im still not seeing clearly.

The optometrist is very polite and knowledgeable and i highly recommend her services, BUT the people she hired to manage everything else, are very rude and unprofessional. Often times I call and no one answers. When I had to reschedule a eye appointment, I called, and left a voicemail and didn't get a callback, and I know they have a no-show fee, so I called again and again, and nobody answered so I left a email and finally they answered the call and said they're going to charge me a no-show fee. In that case I told them I left a voicemail and I even provided proof that I had sent an email regarding my appointment that I can't make. they then told me that they will on their behalf, not charge me a no-show fee, like they are doing me a favor, do not recommend them at all anymore.

This review is based upon one of the workers named Amy. She took my father back and she was exceptionally rude. We were at the part where he puts his forehead against the machine and he sees a black square, and you press a button when you see it flicker. So my father Doesn't speak much English. Although he understands, he gets confused sometimes and I was trying my best to translate as much as possible. And you can clearly tell that Amy was getting very frustrated and irritated. Her eyes were widening and she was doing all these hand motions. At one time my dad had to repeat the test and she took a huge sigh and said we have to repeat the test because he isn't doing it properly. I mean listen... if you are going to get that irritated and don't have the slightest amount of patience or compassion. You are in the wrong field. I honestly couldn't believe that she was being so rude like that In front of me. Knowing I'm his daughter. I'm sorry I had to give this place such a bad review because Dr. Jasmeet Mann is a wonderful doctor. She truly is. I highly recommended her and the other staff itself seemed polite as well. Ruth was awesome! She helped us pick out the perfect frames within reasonable cost. Just Amy.. you need to work on your attitude and control your facial expressions. So so rude and unacceptable

I was told I would have to pay extra to get the measurements needed to order glasses independently. I ended up agreeing to purchase my glasses through them, only AFTER making payment was I told I would have to wait A WEEK to receive them because my lenses would have be ordered from the lab. After a week, I called to check on my order. I was told they would check the status of my order and call me back. NO RETURN CALL. 3 days later I called again, was given a fake apology for not returning my call because 'they got busy' ( for 3 days? ) This time I was told they checked with the lab, the lenses failed their quality check and it would be a few more days . 5 days later STILL NO GLASSES. Now their explanation is my lenses require 10 business days - NEVER WAS I TOLD THIS UNTIL NOW. It has now been 14 days - 10 BUSINESS DAYS AND STILL NO GLASSES. How convenient for them they have a NO REFUND POLICY. If the customer service were better - maybe it wouldn't be SO FRUSTRATING - but you're given the run around with attitude- of course AFTER they have my MONEY - which really makes this experience even WORSE. The manager claims she's going to call the lab and call me with he update on where my glasses are - I'm not holding my breath.
