My wife and I love this place. We live in Modesto and always drive out here if we have to use an Urgent Care. They are the best. They don't take your needs lightly they will do whatever they can to help you. The staff is great and extremely knowledgeable and patient. You guys rock and when or if we need too, we will be back. read more

Modern Urgent Care - This place helped me a lot with COVID testing. - Urgent Care Near Me - Ceres, California

Modern Urgent care was amazing! The staff was professional and did not have me wait. I set up an appointment so I was taken care of at the time I made my appointment. The advise and medication they gave me got me back 100% on my feet. Thank you everyone at Modern Urgent Care Victor Gomez read more

Staff is friendly and helpful. We where in and out so quickly. Appointments available online which makes the visit more convenient.

This review is strictly about the gIrls who cover the front desk. I can't say anything about the care or the doctors as we didn't get that far. Coming in they ask what insurance you have. They don't take Medicare or straight medi-cal She kept just beatIng around the bush. Tell me what insurances you take and maybe we have that one instead of saying no no no. Horrible service. You could clearly tell neither of them wanted to work and she had her hoodie on. Real professional read more

Very quick and easy getting me in and taking care of my needs. Team was very helpful and provided great service and advised. Recommend for anyone needing to get check up. read more

The facility was clean for the most part and everyone was friendly. I'm not sure who anyone was since Jon one wore a name badge as required by law. I was disappointed that they didn't have an imaging center and was sent to another facility for X-rays. I never filled out forms so whoever took my verbal information didn't input it correctly. I had to call later that afternoon because there was an issue with the prescription. They had my phone number wrong. I was then advised that they didn't have any consent forms so they couldn't share my information with my primary provider. I still don't know if they sent it. Although this might seem like I didn't get great service, it was better than going to Doctors for my emergency (which they sent me home on a level 9 pain). So I would go back to MUC before going back to Doctors. Update: I don't think I will go back there. They don't provide aftercare paperwork so I'm winging it with the foot pain. They don't communicate with each other and the one girl kept confusing me with another patient when I called to follow up on Saturday for my Monday visit. My emails go to one person but she's not there so they can't do anything until she returns Monday. This has gone from ok to bad quickly. I might as well have waited for my regular doctor since I only got an OTC topical pain reliever that barely does the job while I wait for paperwork to be accessed by someone on duty. (I have to wait weeks to months to see my regular doctor). read more

I went here last minute for a cough and chest pain. I wasn't able to go to any other urgent care as they wouldn't see me due to my symptoms. Modern urgent care took me right away and everyone was super friendly. Best urgent care I have ever been to. read more

Always a good experience here. Everyone is so helpful and they make you feel comfortable.

During covid these guys were awesome. Local and they've made the process of making appointments online pretty straight forward. I've also been seen a few times for other reasons and they really did take care of the issues. The blood work I had done recently ended up being really quick and painless which was truly a first time for me. I'm glad I have them so close to me. read more

Took my soon in on Thursday 09/28. The staff was amazing. My son is afraid of doctors and doesn't like going to doctors offices whatsoever. The staff was so friendly making him feel comfortable even offered him a lollipop which he loved. Definitely will be back when needed. Thank you Ceres Modern Urgent Care! read more

Professional, and knowledgeable nurses and providers :) efficient and very quick clinic.

I've been coming here for about a year and all the staff is very friendly and helpful. Unlike most urgent cares I never spend more than 1 hour from check in to the end of my visit. Very clean and organized. This urgent care is a hidden gem!! read more

Brought my daughter in as a walk in (no appt). Was seen quicker than I am at her doctors office and the staff was very friendly. The doctor was great- very attentive and helpful. read more

I understand covid, but if you don't want to book covid testing for free with insurance just let it be known. For the past week I have been checking in your site to make and appointment but can not even select the day before or morning of. It doesn't give a option on my ipad, phone, laptop or different browsers. When calling to ask no one answers at any location at any time, the mail box is full. Please fix these glitches and so forth. It gets really annoying for those who really need the rest but can't afford to spend $250 a wait 2 weeks on project baseline to get results for jobs that don't provide us covid testing. read more

I can't say about their actual care because they wouldn't even take us in. I brought my 6 year old daughter in for a very urgent matter, they wouldn't take me in without her medical card that I couldn't find at the moment. I had her passport, her social security card, her dads social security number since it's through his union. I called his union and they said they should be able to take me in with the number she gave me. They refused! So upsetting! read more

My daughter got sick while we were in Manteca on vacation. I started calling urgent care clinics and somehow was transferred to an employee's personal phone on his day off! He offered text a coworker and have them call me, which was so very kind! The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is because they didn't take our insurance; although I didn't actually find any urgent care that did. When we got to the clinic, we received prompt, courteous, and thorough care from all staff members. read more

Everyone was very considerate and efficient with their time. I made an appointment online and did not have to wait longer than 5 minutes in the waiting room to be seen by the nurse. Received a checkup for a sore throat I had and was quickly given the care I needed. Would recommend! read more

My son received his covid19 vaccine at this Modern Urgent Care, but he lost his card. I called to ask about getting a copy and they said they can't give a copy, yet everywhere I ask, and even online, it states that a the place where one gets their vaccine card should be able to give a copy. So where do I go from here, if your urgent care is refusing to give my son a copy? read more

This urgent care is great, I bring both my kids here and they always treat them so kind and really listen to your concerns. 10/10 Recommend.

I have been using this urgent care since well before the pandemic and it has ALWAYS been wonderful! The staff is so nice and helpful and most off all they have stayed VERY safe with their procedures during the pandemic shock makes me feel comfortable going inside! read more

I had a horrible experience, I waited hours to be seen and initially I was denied because of a simple health insurance issue, that was resolved in the parking lot. I posted a google review and the owner responded asking how things could be better.... But the personal email she sent was denying me service ever again. She stated that they will not accept my appointment because I would not recommend... instead of trying to fix the problem with her company, she insists on being rude and nasty. She told me to go to Walgreens or somewhere else. read more

The nurse who came out to give my covid test was nice but there is a mean lady that works there who would not allow me to pay cash when she found out I had Anthem. So, I fixed her wagon. I just made another appointment online (cash) and got tested in a jiffy. So sorry mean lady, you were not able to foil my day after all. Neener neener neener, I got tested despite your efforts. read more

Everyone there was kind and compassionate. My daughter received great care. Short waiting times. We had a great experience.

Provider and MA's are always so nice. I've taken my 11 month old a few times here and they are also so patient and caring with him. I always schedule before hand and they are quick, take max 45 minutes before I'm out. Would definitely recommend!! read more

Appointment online and was seen promptly. The care provided was thorough, and I got the paperwork , questions, and exam I needed. Thanks!

Quickest I have ever been seen in urgent care. Insurance was covered and staff was friendly

We have been here 3 times now for a variety of immediate reasons. I have found the staff there to be attentive and profession. The difference here from other places is you get a sense that they care and listen. My grandson actually talks to the people there which is something he never does. Highly recommend this urgent care. read more

Staff is very friendly. I like that you can make appointments on line and fill out information ahead of time. Faster and easier. The only thing that would make it better would be if they stayed open later hours. read more

Staff was very friendly when dealing with my child. They put my worry at ease. Definitely will go back when needed.

I love this urgent care becare the people that works her re very kind and respectful to others as well as me and my daughter .

Needed to be seen for my daughter and thought we'd try and go back. The only thing they care about doing is rapid Covid tests @ $250 each, they have 4 or five people helping lines outside. Not one bothered to help as the door states wait outside until an m.a helps you, we waited, and waited. They keep calling people for the vaccine, which is great but not the only thing they do right? I can see three people in the waiting room. Finally a m.a comes out to tell a lady something who came out of the door ahead of me. She finished with her and the lady walked away, i thought I heard her say we aren't taking anyone else. So I stopped her from going back in (and completely ignoring us) I asked her if I heard right and she said yes they weren't taking anyone else. It was 5:30! They close at 7 and literally the three people were still sitting in the same spots. I don't know why I tried to go back I used to really appreciate the service and felt like it was somewhere we could rely on for things that happened with our kids or us when our doctor isn't available, now it seems like the answer Yelp reviews faster than they help people. read more

Modern Urgent Care - How does it submit but you aren't in the system. - Urgent Care Near Me - Ceres, California

I really love this place very nice providers and friendly staff. Yesterday was not a good day though. I went in for a rapid COVID test at 11:30am, supposed to get results by the end of the day. I called at 5:30pm to see about my results the girl who answerd stated they would call before 7pm. It was after 8pm when they called me with my results. I had to inform my job about results today in order for them to find coverage for me ( If in fact I have COVID which I didnt). Also they advised they would send me the results and a Dr note and I was not sent nothing. So I had to wait until the next day when they opened to call and ask. Which was an inconvenience for me since I missed an hour of work due to I needed this note to clear me for work. Very bad experience. This was supposed to be Rapid Testing!! read more

This is our second vaccine and just like the first quick, painless and everyone was super nice! They only offer Pfizer and that's what we specifically wanted. Thank you everyone at Modern Urgent Care so much for making our vaccine experience so easy. If boosters are required this is where we will come. I recommend this place for sure to everyone. read more

Whoever runs this clinics needs to know their staff lacks professionalism and understanding. It seems like children/teenagers are in charge. I'm not impressed by their no manager on site setup during a pandemic time. I've been in the healthcare industry for over 15 years, and this is why patients don't receive proper care due to facilities as such. Very disappointed in the lack of organization and the absence of proper leadership. read more
