Our family has always had very good experiences at this facility. We've been treated in a timely manner and received follow-up phone calls, by the doctors themselves, who treated us. All staff members we've interacted with have been lovely; welcoming, kind and attentive. The doctor I saw Monday night studied microbiology and was familiar with my chronic, active autoimmune disease. It's well-known but not a lot of information is available about it. He was informative and provided a lot of insight. I felt like it was fate that he was the physician on-site that evening. I noticed most of the reviews here are from quite a while ago, so perhaps they now have new staff and systems in place. For these reasons, I felt it important to share what occurred during our past encounters. I've read all reviews and one person is furious because "all they did" was ask her a few questions and then prescribed antibiotics... I mean, what else did you want from them? They addressed your issue, and called in the meds you needed to heal... But in the same review, complained about the wait time! Could you imagine if the physician she saw that day gave EVERY patient the time SHE felt she was owed? If they continued to ask additional questions even after it was determined that rest and antibiotics were the answer? Unfortunately, doctors don't have a ton of time to visit with each patient. Sometimes people look for the negative, and you just can't win when that's the case. Personally, we're grateful for Progressive Urgent Care and hope that you give them a chance! read more

Progressive urgent care did what one of the other big name hospitals in town couldn't do . I went to their urgent care for extreme vertigo. They sent me over to the ER via ambulance to test me to see if I had a brain bleed - 12 hours later they sent me home with medication for the vertigo and not for the actual cause- an ear infection . The doctor was dismissive . Actually, more than dismissive he was disrespectful and acted like I was wasting his time. Sent me home with anti-vert and Zofran and no antibiotics for the ear infection ....I get it. I'm healthcare, professional and I actually work in ER. But I know since It's an ER and you don't go there for a broken toe or an earache, but the vertigo was so bad I couldn't walk. So the other name brand urgent care sent me to the ER via ambulance. They did a CT scan to check for a brain bleed and all my labs were done and nothing came back irregular. I will say they were thorough in that. I kept having increasing ear pain and vertigo and nausea , in the couple of days after, and the medication was not helping, but when I tried to go back to my urgent care they wouldn't see me because it's "their policy" and I had to to go back to ER. So I could wait another 12 hours? (Again, I avoid ER as much as I can, even though this is affected my ability to drive or to do things around the house; even being able to take a shower- it isn't life-threatening which is what you go to an ER for ; you go there for example, when your guts are falling out on the floor.) I did a quick search for other urgent cares. Progressive was close by and I've had friends that have been there and very happy with their care. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes with the correct diagnosis of a severe ear infection that was the cause of the vertigo and given antibiotic and decongestants to help treat the issue . I felt like I was listened to. They took the time with me explained their findings we agreed in treatment plan and now I'm feeling better. As I said, before I work in healthcare and I know good care when I see it and sometimes bigger companies have policies that they have to adhere to and I understand that, but it was very very happy with the care I got from Progressive. read more

My visit was terrible, I have major swelling in my left ear and pain starting in my right ear. Went by since my sister recommended to go wish I didn't spend $145 on that visit. Waiting room wasn't so bad took about two hrs to be seen, Ladies upfront were semi nice. When the doctor arrived she started looking at my ears it was painful she was not gentle at all. She told be I didn't have anything no infection no swelling and if I didn't believe her she could send me some ear drops but again that I didn't have anything. And she just left the room without telling me to leave or anything just walked out. Ok so I came in there today, I was super sick and nauseous went up to the front desk and told them what was going on and the dr (who might I add looked and sounded just like dr phill) came to the window, looked at me and asked "mam are you doing drugs? WORST CARE WE'VE EVER RECEIVED Took my mother in-law because of severe neck pain. No physician on duty here!!! The LVN on duty would not give her at least some type of simple pain med. her pain level was at 10. She's a 73 year old woman and the Nurse was absolutely not helpful at all. In fact, quite the opposite. She told my mother-in-law that if she still had pain in the AM, she would treat her with a pain med. fortunately, We did get the owners number and will follow up with a message to him tomorrow. My husband lacerated his finger and is on blood thinners. Bleeding wouldn't stop so went to Urgent Care. We were the last patient they were taking and they were prompt, friendly and efficient. Mandeep, the provider was competent and provide excellent patient care. Deep stopped the bleeding and was able to Dermabond the wound closed. It took a while to get bleeding to stop so we were able to get to know a little about his career. He is working on his RN and will be an amazing nurse as he is compassionate, kind and a joy to be around. The gal at the front desk was also helpful. If these women decide they do not like you, their bully wolf pack life hating mentality will leave you without any care, and in tears. Don't expect them to keep private medical info, they blab and share it with the community. I only needed antibiotics and these women always gave me a hard time. When I finally was able to go back, all I needed was antibiotics and they didn't let me see the doctor, they decided I didn't deserve medical attention and had a nurse practitioner tell me she wasn't going to help me. Just went in to try and get my 11 month old daughter checked for a possible ear infection, I've brought my daughter here before when she was about 8 months old, I had no problem last time and I had been happy with the Indian Female Dr that usually is there, Today I was turned away I was told they don't see anyone under 2 yrs old I was in disbelief since I had been there before just 3 months ago anyway I didn't have time to argue with front desk nurse making stuff up, the place was packed I'm not sure if what she was telling me was the truth but her answer told me otherwise the front desk nurse told me they haven't been taking any babies under 2 for the past year, so I was either lucky the last time I took my daughter or their just unprofessional and lie whenever they want to go home early. Based on my prior experiences I would have recommended this place even though I have seen front desk employees do similar stuff to other people when it's full in there if you have no were else you can go this place is ok if you see it's full prepare to be told some stupid new rules or lies. Dr is Good Front desk nurses the young ones suck low to zero quality in customer service attitude problem, if you don't want to work quite your fucken Job, the older Tatted up nurse is cool I can tell she either has a family and understands parents or is just common sense for her to treat people how you want to be treated. I'm only giving this place 2 stars because of 3 people that tatted older front desk nurse, the Indian Dr and the MA Indian kid that usually takes your weight height etc. everyone else there should be fired or properly trained. read more

Went to this urgent care today. I've always gone here but haven't in the last year or so. I went for an eye infection that I get multiple times a year. I normally go to my doctor but they don't have any appointments open for weeks. Went in and they told me that the doctor was handing a mild "procedure" on another patient so it would be awhile. And awhile to them meant over an hour. Once the doctor comes in I explain to him my situation, show him my eyes (because I had sunglasses on) he tells me to just go and buy over the counter. I said "If that was a solution, I wouldn't be here." That makes him have an attitude. He told me there is a lot of over the counter medications that could clear this up. I explain to him that I've tried a lot of medicated eye drops and the only ones that work are the ones that have the steroid in it. I also mention to him that I have an appointment with a specialist, but it's not until next month and I really need medication now. He leaves after I show him the old bottle of eye drops I kept. And comes back and says "you really need to keep your doctors appointments and not cancel them." I looked at him very confused and asked him what he was talking about. And he goes "I know you're only here to get a refill, but you really need to keep your appointments with your specialist." I told him that I hadn't had the appointment yet and needed something to hold me over until the appointment. He was still fixated on the appointments he's saying I've missed. The way he said it was so rude and disrespectful. You're a doctor. You're there to listen to patients and help them in the best way you know how. If I'm telling you the exact name of the eye drops that help me, why is it such a hassle to give me a prescription. THEYRE EYE DROPS. read more

If I could give this business zero stars I would. I went in there one day with severe pain in my side and they had me go back and do urine and sent me home with no medication, not even so much as ibuprofen and told me they would have to run test before giving me anything. I was told they would call me when they received the results for the urinalysis, not only did I never receive a call but when I did call them first asking about my results, they couldn't find any record of any tests they had done on me and told me they would call me back as soon as they found the paperwork, but didnt so much as give me a courtesy call to let me know that they hadn't found the results or tried to schedule me another appointment to come in or anything like that, they just simply ignored me. Fast-forward a few months and I am in the emergency room with severe pain again and it turns out that it is a kidney infection that has been going on for a while, and had this urgent care done their job and ran the test like they were supposed to or kept track of their paperwork they could have caught it sooner and saved me a lot of pain and hassle. This is just straight up negligence. Do not go here. Also the front desk people are rude and do not give off any vibe that they care or want to be there but I wouldn't want to work at this sad excuse for a medical facility either. I visited this urgent care back in April because I was sick and needed a doctor's note for work. When I arrived, the receptionist asked me for my insurance information. After a little bit of a wait, she returned my card and ID and said that I was all set and the doctor would see me soon. The wait was quite long considering I was the only patient there but I was seen and recieved my note. One month later, I received a bill from this place for 256$. After running my insurance information, why was I not told that they were out of my network? Also, I have called the office many, many times to talk with someone about this and never can talk to me or return any of my calls. I realize that I have to pay this money, but a payment plan would have to be arranged and this person in charge of billing rrefuses to talk to me??? I was literally checked just by breathing and out for him and for him that indicated that I was super healthy! I used their services when I sliced the end of my thumb while cooking. The staff is warm and friendly, but the MA was young and inexperienced. The MA couldn't get a blood pressure reading, and that's not a problem with me. I have experience in health care, and after she tried both arms, I suggested she try a manual cuff or at least a different cuff. She went and got another MA, who also tried and failed. At this point, I told the MA to chart I refused BP, and she took me back to another room to deal with my thumb. The NP came in, and fortunately could use medical glue to suture my cut. She has a great bedside manner. No problems with the thumb. read more

They prescribed me antibiotics for my sinus and ear infections , I had an allergic reaction to the antibiotics. I went back in they gave me no resolution to the allergic reaction just to not take the antibiotics anymore. They also would not prescribe me another antibiotic. They sent me home with ear and sinus infection and an itchy rash from the antibiotics and said sorry they couldn't help me. read more
