Had my tacoma 2019 windows tinted and had the front of my truck film protected. Looks amazing and incredible! Harry answered all my questions and explained the whole process. I am happy how it turned out!! read more

I had recently bought a 19 Ram 1500 Limited in black. I told myself I'd never get a black car, but it looked so good and wanted to protect the paint and have the shimmer shine for a long time. I went by Ceramic Pro and talked to Harry about ceramic vs clear wrap and he was cool about going through the differences and especially the cost differences. Felt like he was looking out for my best interests and helped me decide what the best course of action was. Decided to do the ceramic and left the truck there. Came back to pick up the following week and did a walk through and it looked AMAZING!!! There was one spot on the tailgate that had some scratches and it could've been me (I had been looking over this truck like crazy to make sure no scratches). Anyway, at the 2 week follow up, they took care of by removing the ceramic coating in that spot, removing the scratches and reapplying. I also got the clear front windshield tinted, which I was skeptical at first, but i love it! It was a great recommendation. There was a burn in of the temporary windshield sticker and they reapplied that as well to make sure it was done right. The guys who work here to the owner, Omar, are all top notch first rate people who are super friendly and courteous and work with you. Anytime I stopped by I had a good time just hanging with them! Looking for ceramic, tints, or wraps? Anything else really, they can do it all, you guys need to check these guys out, you won't regret it and they're not out to get your whole wallet, they'll work with you on what works with your budget. Protect your car and that expensive investment you just made, it looks SOOOOO good, can't believe I didn't know about this before. My truck looks brand new everyday now! read more

There is so much I would like to say about this place. From the beginning I was treated like family. Their communication was on point. I was given updates on a regular basis and everything was done when promised. The prices were competitive. The shop was immaculate. Everyone on staff was very proud of their place and what they do. They have regular 'Cars and Coffee' meets where I get to see other amazing cars and meet more of their 'family'. When it comes to the coating on my car, I can not say enough. I've had it for two weeks now and it still looks like it was just washed, even after a few days of rain. During a downpour, I didn't even need to turn on my wipers, the rain just rolled off my window. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Tell them Kathleen sent you and you'll automatically be treated like you're one of the family. read more

Where do I even begin!!! I have a 2019 GTI Rabbit (special edition/cornflower blue) aka Smurfette that I purchased in June 2019. I've been wanting to get it tinted but just couldn't decide what type of film, how dark I want it, and where to take it. I called several places and they were very helpful and responded right away about my inquiries, but at the time I wasn't really in a rush to get one so I put it aside then Covid happened. Fast forward to 2022 I told myself this is the year and I'm going to make it happen. Pulled my old inquiries from previous years and also did more research online and Ceramic Pro Burbank came up, it has five rating so thought to myself what is all the hype about this place? I started reading the reviews and everyone's talking about this fella named Harry and how helpful he is etc. WELL let me tell ya this place gets 10 's in my book!!! Took smurfette in on a Monday morning and guess who was behind the front desk - HARRY!!! He is friendly, patient, took time to explain everything and even gave me a tour of the entire facility. The entire shop is immaculate and the staff were friendly, professional and very meticulous at what they do. I am over the moon about the work they did on my car. They also gave me an ice cold bottled water which was perfect since it was scorching hot that day. I didn't catch his name, but thank you! One last thing, I have to say Harry's 10 month old pup Leo is just as sweet and friendly! I will definitely come back to get Smurfette detailed and ceramic coating. I highly recommend this place and trust you will get a superb service and will be extremely happy/satisfied. read more

I tried to give them some business, but they didn't get back to me. I even went to their Facebook page and told them about my unanswered request. They said they would answer soon. I gave up on them. Seems very unprofessional to ignore new business. Maybe they are too busy to give any customer service. read more

I bought a black 7 series back in March that the previous owner didn't take care of the paint very well so there were swirl marks everywhere, and the car wasn't very shiny. I brought my car to these guys and they set me up with the gold package which includes a paint correction which removes the swirl marks and then applied many layers of ceramic coating to the paint to protect that work. I'm really happy with the outcome, my car looks brand new and resists dirt more than it did before. I also brought my car here to have it detailed and they did an amazing job. Get your paint protection from these guys!!! Just do it! read more

This is the place to go for all of your window tinting, ceramic coating, and PPF needs. From beginning to end, the process was flawless. Harry was extremely inviting and personable, he answered all of the many questions I had about the entire process. It was pleasant to see that I wasn't being rushed into a decision, he was extremely patient from start to finish. Next you go to the work done by his team, amazing! The paint job on my car looks like glass, I'm blown away with the results. I'm a customer for life and anyone looking to get work done on their car shouldn't bother looking to go anywhere else but to Harry at Ceramic Pro in Burbank. First class all the way!!!! read more

These guys are so passionate about their trade. You'd think a brand new car wouldn't have any imperfections but After I took my 2019 Z06 to see about the clear bra I learned a lot. There were tons of paint imperfections and they were able to clear all of them. After a week of work (I stopped by daily to see the progress) the car looked better than I could've ever imagined. Customer service is also great. They sent pictures and updated me throughout. read more

It's been a month since my Tahoe was coated. Right off there was a shine to it, however that is expected. Today was the first day I washed it since. I followed their instructions and the same shine continues. On a side note for all Tahoe owners with the fading paint jobs, this does appear to help. Glad I got in during the sale period. Harry and his staff were amazing, professional, and friendly. read more

Ceramic Pro Burbank - Auto Detailing Near Me - Burbank, California

You can tell immediately that everyone at Ceramic Pro Burbank has a passion for excellence. I brought my recently purchased 911GT3 to the shop several months ago because the first owner had the car ceramic coated with the Gold package which has a lifetime warranty. I spoke with Harry and he thoroughly looked over my car and then took care of transferring the warranty. He recommended an annual inspection and explained the entire process. He showed me around the shop, which is very clean and orderly. There were several very expensive collector's cars there, so you know that car enthusiasts really trust these guys. I returned recently for my annual maintenance visit. I actually emailed Harry a week or two earlier in the evening, and he immediattely replied and gave me an appointment. Robert did the work. There were some scratches in the paint at two spots, probably from when the car was transported from out of state. The ceramic coating did its job of protecting the paint. Robert carefully removed them and recoated the surface. Twice, he called me over to show his progress, and the process took some time...he was very meticulous. The paint is now flawless. Hanging out at the shop for the work to be done is easy...they have a terrific lounge. I will only use this shop in the future. read more

Ceramic Pro Burbank - All finished! - Auto Detailing Near Me - Burbank, California

Took my car to this location for a ceramic coating treatment. Robert and Harry were very thorough in explaining the process and its benefits. Their garage was super clean with no worry of dust and dirt contaminants to get on the cars, and I could tell they were meticulous with the way they wore gloves while working on the cars, and making sure they used different towels for each type of polishing or cleaning. They did a paint correction and 5 layer ceramic coating process, plus coated my wheels, brake calipers and glasses. Also detailed the interior and coated my leather seats and carpet. I can't say enough how amazing the paint looks now! The gloss is so smooth that the sparkle from the metallic flakes in my paint is brighter than when the car was new. It's a different level of color intensity. After all was said and done, the work they did totally exceeded my expectations and I'd confidently recommend them to my friends & family. read more

I took my car for an anual maintenance for the Ceramic Pro Coating, my first maintenace. Harry, the one in the front desk is very nice and always responds to my inquiries. The shop was really nice and im impressed. I gave them a lower rating before because there was a miscommunication when I made the appoinment. But again after talking to Harry he explained it to me and we were able to work things out and Im glad he asked me to reach out to him. And I am giving them back the 5 stars. Very nice guy and accomodating. Looking forward to doing another business with Ceramic Pro Burbank. read more

Amazing work and great customer service by Harry and the team. I came in for a car detail as I already had ceramic coating and a clear bra on my Rav4 from a vendor up north. The work was amazing and they suggested to get a window tint on my windshield as it was like leaving the freezer door open since the car was covered. I'm so glad I did the tint, makes driving at night easier and keeps the car cooler. Additionally, Harry provided great suggestions on managing my sprinkler drama, car covers and making sure my gold warranty was in the system! I will be back for my quarterly washes and yearly check up on the PPF. read more

Just picked my 7 yr old daily driver. Couldn't be more impressed. The finish is unbelievably shiny even for a white car. I don't think it looked this good the day I bought it. Wheels, calipers, interior. These guys took it to the limit. Excellent work. Very communicative staff. Professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Gold package was the winner for me and it's beyond any detailing I've had done In the past. Highly recommended. read more

The best detailer in Burbank, CA bar none! All things considered, I'd say they're the best in the San Fernando Valley area! They keep their shop spick and span! Visit their place and you'd see for yourself that their shop rivals a lot of car dealer showrooms. After sales service and customer service are unparalleled! In this day and age where a lot of businesses are in it just for the profit and don't really care a buck about the customer, Ceramic Pro Burbank is an exception! Exceptional group of guys (and I truly mean everyone)! I've had the privilege to meet and interact with all of them and each one is very cordial and courteous! Had Clear Bra (PPF) done on the whole car and Ceramic Pro Gold Package on top of the Clear Bra! Also did wheels, calipers, seats, trims, and windshield. Everyone in the shop is a true and pure car enthusiast. So far, I've brought 2 vehicles to them. I have no doubt in my mind that I will keep taking my vehicles to them for upkeep. I dare say these people, like most car enthusiasts, are OC with their work. They check and double check their work and leave no stones unturned. They would go above and beyond to satisfy the requirements of their customers. They work with exotic cars, luxury cars and daily drivers! They won't discriminate and would render the same level of service to every customer. This whole review may read like I work for Ceramic Pro Burbank; I don't. I'm just one happy and satisfied customer! Don't hesitate to call in, inquire, and check out their shop...you'll find out why I'm exuberant about this shop! Uber recommend this shop!!! read more

Five stars for CP Burbank! These guys are great at what they do. A few weeks ago after work, I drove over to them and was greeted by the manager Julian. I explained to him what I wanted and he suggested I go with their Gold Package. It's the best bang for the buck! They completely transformed my car. It's never been this glossy before. Gil did a great job spending a couple days paint correcting it, then he applied the 9H coating. Highly recommend this shop. Thank you CP Burbank! read more

Brought in my brand new Tesla to Ceramic pro to get a clear bra and ceramic coating. Before they started Harry did a thorough check of my car and noticed my front bumper had a small chip in it. I literally just drove it out of the Tesla dealership so I know it wasn't from me (and you could see they tried covering it up with paint). I'm thankful he saw it because I was able to call right away and get a new part ordered. Besides the bumper, they got started right away on the rest of the car and it turned out great!! Harry checked in and sent me pics every step of the way. The guys answered all of my questions and really took extra care to make sure we had the best experience! They also made sure I knew exactly how to take care of my ceramic coating at home. All in all they're friendly, experienced and deliver an excellent finished product! read more
