I recently tried to use Ceramic Pro in Burbank for a simple car wash, and unfortunately, it was a really disappointing experience. First off, it's almost impossible to get them on the phone. Whenever you call, they rarely answer, and if you finally do get through and ask for a same-day wash--no matter if you call a few hours before closing--they just say they're too busy and can't accommodate you. It's the same story every day of the week. They'll tell you they have no availability and then try to push you off to the next day, which isn't helpful if you need your car done on the same day. It honestly feels like they don't care about accommodating an average customer who just needs a professional wash on short notice. In short, it's pretty disappointing that Ceramic Pro's name is associated with this location. They seem more interested in projecting how busy they are than actually providing any convenient service. This place is one of the few shops that really take paint correction and protection seriously. I took my car in here for some correction and ceramic coating and the results truly superseded my expectations. Harry and his team took the time to walk through the vehicle with me, and thoroughly inspect everything about the paint and interior while making suggestions for remediation. Alright, y'all. This review is for my fellow casual car enjoyers - those of us who appreciate our cars but don't necessarily have the most expensive or impressive of models. I'm an Asian American woman with a Toyota Camry, aka the most reliable stereotype there is for "average" when you think of drivers. As an Asian who is not a fan of the sun (another stereotype, I know), I always knew I wanted to get my windows tinted. However, I was hesitant to invest in something like ceramic paint coating because I kept seeing the pictures of the high-end cars and wondering if getting a ceramic package was something I really needed for my own humble steed. In the end, I decided with yes and wound up getting both a ceramic pro gold package and a window tint. Reasons for my decision: Primarily, my car is always parked outside in the elements every night, which means it's often getting birds and trees and everything else crapping on it. Also, in this blazing California sun? I just felt like sun damage was a thing that could happen over time (I may have extended the paranoia over my skin to my car, IDK). Lastly, I plan to drive my car for as long as I can. I'm just over 48k miles now after 7 years (wow!) so I've got a long way to go yet. As all the reviews say, Harry is great. He's kind, personable, and easy to talk to, even if you've only got a casual understanding of cars like me. He was talking to me like a friend, showing me around to give me a good idea of the window tint percentages and what they'd look like, etc. For a place that does an incredible job with all their cars, I'm very thankful that he was able to set my concerns at ease. It's now been about three weeks since I got my car back and wow. WOW. I cannot begin to tell you how easy it is to wash her (more detail on that later) and how much she just gleams, everywhere. In parking garages, in the sun, she just looks like a brand new car and I get so happy with appreciating her all over again. Not to mention, the coating keeps my car feeling very "soft", almost like she's been covered in invisible butter, and water will literally ball up instead of streaking all over her. It's actually very fun to watch, haha. But ceramic paint coatings do require maintenance and upkeep! Please do not get one if you don't plan to at least put in the effort of washing your car regularly. That being said, as someone who likes to wash her own car, I truly do appreciate how easy it has been to wash ever since she's been coated. Harry was kind enough to recommend me an excellent brand on Amazon for soap (pricy, but the size is HUGE and you only need a tiny bit to cover your car if you have a power wash) and I also purchased one of the microfiber towels they sell (highly, HIGHLY recommend; every other microfiber towel I've ever purchased has always left streaks, but not this one). I could literally be done in like 20-30 minutes from spraying, washing, and then rinsing off and drying. It's such a game changer and I don't have to spend any money for it. So yes, no regrets for me!! I deeply appreciate the straightforward and kind service I received and am so thankful that there's a place like this near me. Thanks, you guys!! read more

This is going to be a long one, but at the bottom I'll leave a little TL;DR. I have 0 understanding about the world of automotive detailing and modifications. I read and watch many reviews from other Tesla owners that it's a good idea to get paint protection and ceramic done, but didn't really know what that meant. When chatting with Harry, he really listened to what I was looking to do, what some of my needs and concerns were, answered all my questions about what the process entails and really took the time to educate and help me understand the product I was buying into and their services. I got to tour their facilities and see differences in the work that was being done to help me get a better sense of what would be best for my needs. I really appreciate how I didn't feel pressured to modify what I was looking to get done (something very important to me) and the guys weren't pushy at all (I was more than happy to give them my business especially after seeing the other work they had going on in the shop). I got front paint protection, window tinting with IR and ceramic. Harry even made some really great design suggestions (dropped the dual motor emblem in the back and got my emblems to be painted a satin black to match the door handle details and my rims). The team was able to get the work done so quickly and at a high level of attention to detail. When I picked up my car I was so thrilled with the end result. Robert was also so kind to further educate me on some long term care tips. Every day I walk to my car I'm just so excited to just look at it. I'm so happy with the end result and sincerely can't thank this team enough. I had my new car ceramic coated a few months ago. I got the most expensive package because I park outside and I keep my cars for a long time. I also got the windows tinted to help keep the heat out. I'm so happy with both! My car is so easy to wash. Anything that appears to stick to the surface easily comes right off. I got the lightest color of window tinting, but the product they use dramatically lowers the temp in the car. Harry was great and very responsive. LEO APPROVED!!! I originally intended a full ceramic for my 67 Bug. I wanted that glossy showroom finish. When I brought the car in Harry and Leo looked the car over and advised against it. They told me to do a 2 stage color correction and polymer seal. I keep the car very clean so I guess over time I didn't realize how oxidized it was. LOL). They were the third tint shop I checked out after buying a new car, which would be used extensively in Burbank and Phoenix, Arizona (Temps are regularly in the 110-115 degree range). I had gotten a 3M tint job on my previous car, and it was "fine". Every time I headed to Phoenix, though, it didn't matter the shade of the tint, which helped the eyes, the heat came blasting through the windows in even mild sun. Harry helped me select the right tint which not only reduced the color, but also the heat that gets passed through the windows. With an all black interior this makes a huge difference. I wanted to wait for some extreme heat days to make sure this was working as advertised. It DOES. I didn't have the huge moonroof done because it has a shade on it, and I wanted to see if I can feel the difference. I can. On a hot day in Burbank I cannot touch the moonroof, which is scalding, but the windshield is only warm. Kudos to Harry and their first rate facility. Very good. Nice clean facility and fancy cars getting the ceramic coating. Not inexpensive but you get what you paid for. One of the issues with ceramic coating is the difficulty of upkeep. Cannot use a car wash and getting a hand wash at the detailing center at a car wash is probably unfamiliar with the rules of washing. A low intensity power washer; specialized detergent/foam; microfiber cloths, etc. no circular motion while washing or drying. This doesn't mean that Ceramic Pro isn't great. They are. You just need to read on line instructions about regular maintenance. I bought everything that is suggested on Amazon and now hope to have very specific notes from on line for the detail guys to follow. Otherwise, I'll have to do it myself. At 79 yrs. old, I'd like to avoid this. The results are a step above high priced waxing and suited for show cars and expensive vehicles. read more

A well deserved thank you to Harry and his crew. A 10 year old BMW in Deep Sea Blue came out (better than?) showroom new. Harry is a class act and what really impressed me was when I was torn between the Gold Package and the Silver ceramic packages. For my needs, I thought the Silver was enough, and Harry agreed. Never did he try to pull the guilt or scare tactic upsell routine. Spotless shop and although I didn't have in-depth conversations with most of the workers, they all seemed to be upbeat and happy to be there and take pride in their work.
