I rarely take the time to write reviews or recommendations but from time to time, a certain business and/or people exceed my expectations and I feel compelled to recognize their efforts. Such was the case with these guys. From my initial contact with Julian (Office Manager), he was nothing short of informative, responsive and helpful. He took the time to carefully explain their process, the benefits of ceramic coating and post-treatment care and follow up. He was never pushy and stayed in constant (but not annoying) contact for a couple of weeks until I could bring my Raptor in. Jump forward 2 weeks and I dropped it off on a Monday and opted for a few extra services. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the end result and the professional delivery a week later. I would also like to give their facility an honorable mention. Very chic and meticulously maintained which says a lot to me. Nothing worse than a company that sells a high end product in a filthy or run down shop. My truck came out simply stunning and the paint looks better than the day I bought it. I will definitely not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone in need of a high quality ceramic coating for their vehicle. A well run organization! read more

Well, this may sound strange but...I attended a GRAND OPENING today at CERAMIC PRO in Burbank. I have an appointment to take my car in on Tuesday for the GOLD PACKAGE. If their work is only half as good as their professionalism, manners, knowledge of their products and great attitudes I will be MORE than happy! The cars there were incredible and the finishes on them were blinding. I can't wait to get my car back so I can let you know how well they did. Stay tuned! I'm back...thank you for waiting...just as I expected, after having my car sent to three of the 'highest rated' shops around I got much more than I expected. The people are still friendly and professional but you already knew that. My car...incredible!!! That's all I can say! Well, maybe unbelievable! I have already referred three of my friends to Ceramic Pro and I'm certain they will be as pleased as I am. Go by and just take a look! read more

Went to Ceramic Pro for a tint and Xpel clear bra for my Model 3. Harry stayed in constant communication with me from day one to help me decide on which options were the best for my car and it's progress while in the shop. Rob the shop manager also took time out to walk me through the process as well. The process took one additional day than I was expecting, but the results were worth the wait! Will definitely return if/when I choose to have the car wrapped. read more

Shortly after purchasing a Tesla, I began looking into coating options to preserve the surface and paint of my vehicle for the long run. After much research, online, I decided to get a ceramic coating on my vehicle. After requesting some quotes and looking into local shops in LA, Ceramic Pro got back to me in a timely and professional manner. I worked with both Harry and Omar who were extremely helpful and took the time to thoroughly explain their packages and what they entail. After making some comparisons, I decided to get my car done at Ceramic Pro as Harry was by far the most helpful when it came to illustrate the differences in their products and how they would protect my vehicle. I really felt they cared as much about protecting my vehicle as I did. Throughout the process of coating my car Harry was in touch with me via texts and emails as well as sending me photos of my car. I felt my car was in good hands and knew I had made the right choice with Ceramic Pro. My car looks amazing and I am extremely happy with the results. I ended up getting the Ceramic Pro Gold Package as well as the clear bra package with Xpel. It came with a lifetime warranty which is a huge plus for me. I would strongly recommend the team at Ceramic Pro Burbank. read more

UPDATE: It's been about four months and 10,000 miles since I brought my Tesla Model 3 AWD Long Range to Ceramic Pro for protection and not only does my five star review stand, but I would add five more stars if it were possible. As I said in my initial review, I work on air in the entertainment industry where high expectations are the standard. Ceramic Pro has totally exceeded my greatest expectations and more! My car still looks newer now than it did when I picked it up from the dealer and brought it to Ceramic Pro a month or so later. Their workmanship is above first-rate and their customer aftercare is phenomenal beyond words! Today was my first inspection since having the protective coating and clear bra applied. Not only has it held up and provided outstanding coverage and protection for my car, but the guys at Ceramic Pro continue to treat my car as their own, providing a complimentary wash and interior cleaning before sending me on my way. By the way, washing the car once a week has been a breeze. I literally use water and microfiber cloths and the car is sparkling new again. But equally impressive as the quality of their work is the unsurpassed level of customer service. Omar, Harry, Robert, Brian, Eric and the rest of the staff go way above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I wouldn't even think of taking my car anyplace else for this kind of service. Thanks a lot guys! read more

Ceramic Pro Burbank left my car looking like I just drove off the lot! They offer different services depending on clients needs. I took in my black Mercedes GLE coupe to fix swirl marks and basically paint correct. I couldn't believe what an amazing job they did. All their work is done inside this beautiful warehouse like facility, super clean, super modern, where all the cars are kept extremely well. Harry, who gave me basically a tour of the place, was super cool and professional. The whole staff there is amazing and you can see that they all know very well what they are doing. I felt very comfortable leaving my car there and trusted them from the get go. If you want to make your car look BEAUTIFUL again, go to Ceramic Pro Burbank! read more

I get compliments on my Tesla almost everyday, thanks to the detailed work from Ceramic Pro. From the first phone call I knew that Ceramic Pro was passionate about cars. What I was most impressed with was the level of customer service from Harry. He is perfect for his position. I felt like he genuinely cared about me and my vehicle. He kept me informed throughout the process and sent me text messages and pictures during the time the car was in their care. It was exciting to see the car transform over a few days. The team at Ceramic Pro Burbank is a group of talented men and women that have an eye for detail and perfection. I chose the Xpel bra, the ceramic coat on the exterior and interior and also had them Ceramic tint all the windows. The car looks incredible and is very easy to keep clean. That's a big deal on black paint. Their garage is immaculate and and their work is high end, go check these guys out. read more

I just brought in a brand new Audi A6 and purchased the gold package. These guys made the car look even better than when I drove it off of the lot. They spent time buffing out the brand new clear coat before starting the ceramic process so it came out looking like glass. I worked with Harry whose customer service was next level. I highly recommend reaching out to him if you're thinking about having this work done on your car. read more

Took my car in brand new from the dealer for a ceramic coating and clear bra. The customer service is amazing! I didn't know how it would go, having ceramic coating done for the first time, but Harry was, and is still, so thorough in his explanations, so accommodating of my schedule, and the work is always done on time. They left it better then when I bought it off the showroom and staff is great and professional definitely recommend this place

I'm a recent Tesla owner and learned real fast that the black paint on Tesla's are pretty soft. Within the first few days of ownership I got my first rock chip and thought life was over until I found Ceramic Pro Burbank. I do days of research before I let anyone touch my cars so after watching hours of online videos and discussions about ceramic coating I decided to jump in and call the guys at Ceramic Pro. I originally spoke to Omar, super professional and he was able to work around my schedule to allow me to drop off the car. The place is very easy to find and is literally right under the freeway exit off the 5 FWY. Walking in I met with Pogos and Harry, super nice guys. They offered to give me a quick tour of the space. I was BLOWN away. It looked more like a showroom than it did a garage. I literally could have eaten off the floor, that's how immaculate the place was. I was raised to respect and clean my workspace and these guys do just that. After seeing their lineup of cars they work on (Ferraris, Rolls, Porsches, etc.), I immediately felt comfortable with them taking my baby into their hands. Pogos took his time to explain the entire process of wash, prep, coat and cure. It was really interesting and you could tell how knowledgable he was. A few days later my car was ready for pickup and upon arrival I could already tell from wayyyy across the room that they did an amazing job. The car looked incredible and for someone that washes their car at least once a week I was excited to to have this coating, especially on black paint that shows every imperfection. Upon leaving, Pogos gave me some tips on washing in the future and set me up for a followup appointment in 2 weeks to see how the coating was doing. I've had the car back now for about 10 days and besides a little normal dust here and there it still looks almost as clean as the day I picked it up and I haven't washed it yet. Couldn't be happier. I went for the Gold Package and it was well worth it! Comes with a lifetime warranty which is huge! If you care about your car, I couldn't recommend the Ceramic Pro Burbank guys more! read more

Amazing service and help... the guys here are very helpful and know what they are doing...I definitely will recommend them to everybody.

I took my M4 to the guys over at Ceramic Pro Burbank, It now looks better than it did when I drove it off the dealership lot. They are some of the most detail orientated and hard working group of guys that I have ever met. Words can't describe how happy I am with the finish product. I got the platinum package, and it was completely worth it. It did not change the look of the paint nor distorted it, it actually looks brand new now all the time! Would recommend to everyone. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Ceramic Pro owners Pogos and Omar at one of their recent Cars & Coffee events that they curate at their Burbank headquarters. I got a chance to tour their top-natch facility and realize that they really have a passion and commitment to customers and car care. The facility is worth checking out simply because they store half-million dollar cars for their clientele. Their indoor space doubles as a garage for car enthusiasts who want to safely store and protect their vehicles and pick them up whenever they want to take it out for a drive. During my visit, Pogos and Omar explained and demonstrated their slew of services. I ended up getting the ceramic coat and clear bra, with the tints and detail to boot, and I couldn't be more happier with my decision! I was previously shopping around and I came to the conclusion that their prices and services cannot be beat. I only wish I had discovered them sooner because I keep getting compliments from everyone who sees my car in person. read more
