In the past two years, my AC has gone out and other companies came out and simply made quick, ineffective patches...and having AC go out in July here is no joke. The folks from Services Unlimited were very polite, professional, thorough and properly diagnosed the problem. They are on my list of Go To businesses here in the Sandhills.

The repair would have been about $700 for a system that's 15 years old so I decided to replace the system. A Comfort Consultant came out and reviewed units and payment plans with me and told me that the Install guys would be out today, Tuesday. The coldest day we've had since last March. The guys arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and went to work. They finished the exterior install, installed the thermostat and tested the unit. They showed me how to work the new thermostat and answered all of my questions with ease. This is a great company! I might have stumbled on them back in 2001 when I had problems with my old unit, but there is no way I'd take my heating/air business anywhere else.

He's a super worker and a very good communicator. He's very likable and a very good asset to have in your company.
