Their representatives apparently have no idea how to do their job. They are very polite and nice but they are so misinformed about the things they tell customers. I was changing my internet service from 500mb to 1gig. I was given an 8am till 10am Saturday September 27th window for techs to come out to my house to replace my modem and router with another set. No one ever came. I called back Saturday evening and talked to another customer service lady. After my upgrade was confirmed she gave me a 3pm to 5pm Sunday window for someone to come and upgrade my equipment. Again no one came. I called back. This time the representative told me no one was scheduled to come because it wasn't necessary. The changeover would be done from there. So I wasted my Saturday morning and Sunday evening waiting for someone that was never coming. So I am very upset and disappointed with Metronet's customer service personnel because they don't know their job. Now I feel I should be compensated for all my wasted time.

There's the occasional dip here and there, but it's rare enough not to be an issue. I use it for streaming, gaming, and school, and it handles it all fine. The billing is straightforward, which I appreciate. Overall, it does what I need it to do without any major complaints.

    My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. It all started when I was…read morebilled twice for the services they provided - Every month, but only one of the services being provided. I tried to address this issue by updating my card information on their website, but they conveniently updated their website, which made it impossible to update the card on file. Over the course of several weeks, I spoke with over 30 different representatives, each of whom assured me that my card information would be updated. However, despite their promises, my card details remained unchanged..for only the website services (still being billed twice for only one website). To make matters worse, the company eventually sent my account to collections because they couldn't update the card or bill the card that I had previously updated with all of these past representatives, of which I had one charge applied from two months before, but only once. But the horror didn't end there. The client who was supposed to receive the services, which I had already paid for, ended up suing me for $10,000. I lost this case. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they refused, and once again tried to get me to update my card for the past due. Of which was the exact amount I had been double billed for. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company and its services.

Our bill is like $87.xx a month, about 15-30 dollars less than anyone else has. They also finance phones at -0- interest, and have bought 3-4 phones from them, pay them off in 2-3 years, then pass the used one down to my wife so I can get an upgrade. I don't and can't get their TV service being in Pa, and have lived here now about 2 1/2 years, and was told that "they're coming to PA soon". I've tried several times as we come and go from North Carolina to Pa. I only wish they'd come to Pa, as the current TV service here is horrible at best no matter what company you choose. l would pick up the tV service at least for the sports channels tomorrow if they were available. I'm guessing since they apparently have a "network contract with Verizon to use their Cell network there must be a clause that they can not infringe on their territory here in PA. Not good because Verizon is horrible here in PA...

I knew I should've just ordered the phone online and never dealt with an AR location. The guy who was helping us was very nice and everything went super well ... until I got home and started to activate the device. Even though the device was brand new the sim card removal tool was not in the packaging, which is really odd but whatever. There was no sim card in the device and we were upgrading from an iPhone 11, so I would think we would get a new sim card since the network has updated to a 5g network, again whatever we just used the sim card from the iPhone 11. But upon looking at MyATT I had noticed that NextUp was added and that was NEVER discussed at ANY POINT during the interaction nor was it asked for by either of us. So I am not completely happy with the AT&T Sales Rep taking it upon himself to just add what he wanted to and not inform me of anything. Especially since I am also an AT&T employee with RST. After calling back to the store and expressing how unhappy I was about this I was told that it was the STORE MANAGER which is DEFINITELY not ok at all. I was told I could either come into the location tomorrow morning and deal with the same person AGAIN or to call Customer Care. Thankfully Customer Care was willing to correct the store's mistake with applying the credit for the feature and sending me the link to have it removed after my 14 days are up. I will not be ever returning to this location again, I highly encourage anyone else to stick with the COR store locations and stay away from Authorized Retailer if at all possible.

When he wasn't helping us or selling customers accessories he was watching the football game on the tv. After receiving our first billing statement I had to call AT&T customer service to get our bill corrected. He did not include the bogo or the discount that we had originally thought we were purchasing Would NOT recommend.
