We just had our rear entry door replaced by Century Siding. They did a great job and were very professional. Mike even went the extra mile and fixed a window that had a broken piece that kept it from opening. Every other company we talked to said the window had to be replaced. Mike fixed it, no charge. If you're looking for windows, doors or siding this is a great company. read more

We have dealt with Century Siding since 2009. We had them wrap almost all the wood trim around our house with metal siding. This was expensive to us when we did it, but it has been very worthwhile over these years--17. We had a problem with the very heavy winds blowing some of it off the soffit on one side twice, and only the second time did they charge us. Just recently some of it on a balcony area had shifted & exposed some of the wood, & they repaired this without charge. We would have spent many thousands replacing that wood trim over the years without this metal protection. We highly recommend this company. read more

I'm an old dog, have owned six residences in my life, the vast majority were over twenty years old when I bought them. Point is, lots of remodels, repairs, and upgrades. We recently hired Century Siding Company to re-roof our town home (hail damage), replace a window, and a new front entry door, with matching storm door and side window. The price, lead time, and installation were all fantastic and exceeded expectations. This, quite simply, the best contractor/finisher I've ever hired to work on a house for timeliness, quality, friendliness, well - pretty much everything. I will rely on Century Siding for all future work I need that they support. read more

Century Siding - New front door with side window and matching storm door. Beautiful, and no more drafts! - Windows Installation Near Me - Chantilly, Virginia

Century Siding has replaced several windows, as well as standard and patio doors for us. Their products are high quality and in each instance they provided stellar customer service and quality work, going over and above our expectations. They also clean up and have never damaged anything. I no longer get quotes from other companies because we trust this company 100%. read more

I could not be happier with Century Siding. I hired them to perform an exterior renovation 2020 to include all new windows, siding, front door, and a lot of custom trim. They took a non-technical visual mock-up and made my design a reality. The custom trim work was fantastic. I was so pleased. They were on-time, came with a skilled crew who conducted themselves professionally, and completed the job on-time and on budget. In fact, Century Siding cost 20% less than all of my other estimates, and uses the same high-quality brands. The owner spent so much time walking me through my options and had great questions that I hadn't thought of, and a keen eye for design. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. read more

Century Siding replaced windows and sliding doors in January 2020. I waited over a year to see how the workmanship held up before writing this review. I am so pleased with the results. From start to finish, Century Siding communicated well, explained the process in detail, and answered all my questions. The day of the install, the workers were very respectful of my space and barely left a trace. Very clean!!! There was a small issue with one of the screens but they came back within two days to fix the problem. A year later, I've had no issues with any of the windows or doors. To top it all off, they had the best price of the 4 estimates I received for equivalent product. I can't recommend Century Siding enough! read more

I've been using them for over 15 years, first for the trim, then siding and gutters, also patio doors. I've also recommended them to neighbors and friends. Excellent service! Very local company, friendly and honest. Great to work with service and value is very high!! read more

While thinking about replacing the siding for the past several years, we observed many siding companies doing work in our neighborhood. The firm that stood out as best was Century Siding; multiple customer reviews confirmed this. (www.centurysiding.com) Following the high winds this past winter when some of our siding blew off, we contacted Mike at Century Siding to schedule an estimate. The appointment was set for two weeks later where Mr. Chong Kim, President arrived and discussed our ideas. He was very low key and informative, sharing his expertise without any selling or pressure. After our meeting, Mr. Kim studied the house taking measurements and noting minute details. His detailed estimate arrived via email two days later, which we approved the same day. The siding selected was PlyGem Mastic Structure Single 7" vinyl siding bonded to expanded polystyrene foam for insulation. In addition, the house would be wrapped, all soffits replaced, and the same material to be used for the porch ceiling. Some expert carpentry was needed to update the front of the house. To complete the picture, we asked that PVC trim be applied to the remaining exterior wood and around most windows. Shutters were not replaced, presenting a more contemporary look. Once the special-order siding was ready for delivery, Mike scheduled the installation. James was assigned as our Project Manager/Mechanic, and he and his crew spent four full days at our home. (Gutter installation took an additional day). James, who has worked for Century Siding for 20+ years, explained everything in detail, answered all our questions and offered suggestions. He and his highly-skilled crew were detailed, thorough, efficient, and conscientious about clean-up. James expertly hand-crafted and installed the PVC trim, increasing the beauty of the new siding and soffits. We were delighted with Century Siding's professionalism, ethics and service from the initial contact through completion, and give them a five star rating. Thanks Mr. Kim and Mike for consulting/scheduling, and James and his team for exceptional results which exceeded our expectations. Our house looks 30 years younger! read more

I had Century Siding replace most of my windows several yrs. ago, & just had them back to replace half circle windows, transom, trim & columns Danny Hwang & his crew did a great job & it was a pleasure to see how professional they were at knowing exactly how to do the work. I would recommend & have Danny back any day. One drawback was having to drive all the way to Chantilly to pay the bill with a credit card. In this day & age, the co. needs to be updated with making payment easier. I don't know of any other co. that has such a poor system. Jeanne read more

We could not be more pleased with the work we had done by Century Siding (if you're not sold by the lack of Yelp reviews, be sure to check out the hundreds of positive ratings on Angie's List). We had our entire home done with new wrap, new siding, and new gutters -- our now 30-year old home looks as good, if not better, than any new construction home. The owner came out personally to give us an estimate, and then again to answer a few outstanding questions we had before signing on the dotted line. The team of workers consistently arrived on time (8 am SHARP), and worked well past 6/7p to get the job done in less than 5 days (everyday but Sunday); they rarely took more than a brief lunch break before they were back at it. We received daily walkthroughs of their progress, and they went out of their way to accommodate and address any issues we had. More so, we didn't pay a single cent until every last nail was hammered in and we were satisfied with the work done. Couldn't recommend Century Siding more! read more

I attended the most recent Home Show at the Chantilly Expo Center in Chantilly Virginia and made appointed to hear four sales presentations in my home for a new front door. Several offered 'special' pricing for the day of the appointment...not a fan of this sales technique and always say NO. Of the four presentations two offered the door manufacture (ProVia) I ended up going with, but their installed prices were significantly higher for the same door as I got with Century. A great product however can be a poor investment if the installation is poorly done. Century's installation crew did a very nice job of removing the old door and storm door. The relatively new storm door was reinstalled. Mr. Kim, the owner of Century Siding, allowed me to separately purchase my own smart lock for his crew to install which saved me even more money. The crew removed several pictures near the door to avoid damage (appreciated) and used the door's packaging cardboard to protect the tile flooring and to help keep dust out of the house while grinding away some threshold concrete to facilitate the new installation. Clean up was very good. The entire installation took about 2.5 hours. Century was recommended to me by another satisfied customer after expressing my concerns with the four contractors from the Home Show and it turned out to be an excellent referral. Mr. Kim does not require any upfront payment, nor does his crew collect payment. So I suppose they bill you, however I dropped by their office and paid the bill with check...they charge extra for credit processing fee. I highly recommend Century for door installs, but I'm sure based on this one experience their other services are worth considering too when looking for quality contractors. I woud like to give this company more stars but their customer service is lacking. They started out great. Very knowledgable and good price for vinyl siding. We went with a medium level product and not the bottom of the line. For the majority of the work, everything was great. The workmen were nice and did an excellent job cleaning up. The problem came when I did not like the way one small area was finished off. I had thought it was going to be handled a different way based on my discussion with the estimator ( who was the owner). When I spoke with the representative at the company I was directed to the owner. He argued with me about what we had originally decided to do with this area. He told me it would be extra money to fix it the way I wanted. About $400 more. I think the problem occurred due to a language barrier. He claimed to have said one thing and I heard another. The really issue is his attitude toward the customer. What happened to "the customer is always right?" We were not talking about a lot of money on their part to fix the problem. Probably $200 out of their pocket on a $2000 job. If they had at least tried to meet me in the middle I would have left them a glowing review. I was appalled at the way the owner spoke to me on the phone. I can not recommend this company. read more

We just had Century replace our front door, windows, roof gutters and sofet. #1 in customer services. These guys are super RESPONSIVE and NOT just when they make a sale! They are super responsive during the entire process and even AFTER they get paid. You cannot ask for anything better then number 1 customer service and this is what I have experienced with them. The few minor things that have come up, they responded to immediately. And that is not to say anything WILL come up. The amazing thing is that they don't ask for A DIME up front. I even tried to pay them after my roof was installed and they said "no, wait until it's all done". That is incredibly impressive these days. Who gives service like that anymore - ONLY century siding. I priced my roof and windows separately and they are the least expensive or similar to others. What I liked also is that Mr. Kim came out several times to meet with me and my husband before we even signed. And unlike EVERY other window company I called, they did not insist that both "husband and wife" be there. Thompson Windows basically told me that if both of weren't there, they would "wait" until we could be, i.e., we aren't coming to give an estimate until you are both there so we can pressure you. No pressure with Century Siding. I will be going back to them to have my back door replaced too. They are so awesome!!! read more
