With that blurb out of the way, this place was a welcome find (even if I had to drive over an hour and a half to get here) because I am a scrubs fashionista, and this place was able to provide me only the best is scrub couture. The prices are good (considering how pricey the NE can be), the selection is diverse and how this shop came to be is really heartening. The owner and his wife, who is a nurse, decided to open up Berkshire Scrubs because there wasn't a store that sold scrubs, basic medical supplies, nurse clogs/stethoscopes etc that wasn't an hour or so drive to Holyoak. According to an article from the Berkshire Eagle back in 2015, the medical sector is the fastest growing industry in Berkshire county. I'm hoping the residents are taking advantage of this awesome little gem, because ordering scrubs online can be a big gamble. I definitely recommend this place, and know I'll probably be back here in the future :)

I've spent hours and hours of my life calling this company again and again, and they consistently fail to actually deliver. "We don't have enough _____ on the truck for you" Well, who packed it? "We will be back later today to drop off the rest of your weekly order"..... crickets. Never shows back up. (this is where I have to repeatedly call back to get someone here). There's a massive disconnect between the corporate/admin side, and the drivers. They KNOW it's a problem. Every time I talk to them, they say it's being addressed, and I know I can't be the only business this happens to. Hire a supervisor to watch these rogue drivers! I highly recommend to anyone needing a linen service to call around to other businesses and getting feedback on service. Also, don't sign a 5 year contract blindly. Lesson learned, shame on me.
