From the moment we got there, the manager, Rob, made us feel welcomed. Super friendly, and suggested dishes that we loved. The guacamole was a good portion, and the price was in line with most upscale Mexican restaurants. I don't want to butcher the names, but we got a burrito, and a dish with steak, spinach, and goat cheese. Both were flavorful and tasted different than what you'd get at most Mexican restaurants in LA. Our waitress was also very friendly. The place was packed, so we were actually surprised to get such nice service. Definitely will come back to try more dishes. read more

First time here! Right off the bat the Reserva system isn't the same as INSIDE the parks. There is no digital check-in option (at least not for me) so do yourself a favor and 10 minutes prior to you time just ask the front hostess. Anyways, friendly people. Beautiful red head that seated me was so kind and my actual server was gorgeous too! Nothing but smiles! Only got two drinks but both drinks were fire! The Peach Sonrisa was smackin boy! Woooo, it's not on the menu either its seasonal item that was on a plaque displayed at my table. My other drink was then Coco Roca which I can only describe as a Pina Colada on the rocks and I love Pina Coladas but that brain freeze is my kryptonite! So yes this drink so far is my favorite. I did not eat so I cannot give a 5 because I have my rule. Maybe I'll try again before I leave but I'd highly recommend this spot for refreshments. read more

Great drinks and cool ambience. Our server Cece was friendly and attentive! Staff service is really great.

While Centrico has a nice ambiance and is centralized in Downtown Disney, I was disappointed in the food. The guacamole and salsa and chips were my favorite that we had, but the rest was dry and bland. My friends and I got the recommended dishes by our server & I honestly thought everything was so underwhelming - I got the quesachicken, and the chicken was so dry. The service was also questionable, our server forgot a few things we ordered but he was honest enough to admit he forgot and didn't charge us for it. Glad I tried it, but I won't be back. read more

Stopped by Centrico in Downtown Disney on a whim and I'm so glad I did! I found a spot at the bar and had such a great experience. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the Huarache de Asada, perfectly cooked and full of flavor and paired it with one of their seasonal cocktails (can't remember the name, but it was amazing!). The atmosphere was lively but relaxed, and everything from the presentation to the taste was spot on. Definitely a must try if you're in Downtown Disney and craving great food, drinks, and service! read more

We decided to stop by for lunch before making our way to Disneyland. It was an absolute surprise! We didn't have reservations but I would encourage anyone planning on going to get one. We waited for about 15 minutes for a table which wasn't so bad considering they were a bit busy. The restaurant is right in the middle of Downtown Disney and although it was a warm day and the seating is outdoors, they had tons of shade all around. The service was friendly and our server was very sweet and attentive. The food was so delicious and the portions were way beyond generous! I will for sure be eating there when I go back in the fall! Great experience and even greater food!! :) read more

Tried this spot before heading into Disneyland & let me tell you it did not disappoint. The food was amazing & good portion! The flight was good enough for 2 people. If you want a good margarita the ritual margarita was our favorite one off the flight! The ritual one is not to sweet and perfect amount of tequila, I would order this by itself next time! The ambiance was very nice & Jennifer our server was quick, checked in on us & made sure that our food was delicious. Jennifer was great! We will be coming back again soon. read more

Alfredo our waiter was very friendly and attentive ! The food was very tasty coming back sooon and the out door seating was pretty.

Night life. Stopped to get a beer but since we were here wife said let's just eat something nothing major just grab a bite. We had the Oaxaca quesadilla, 17$ which was a basic quesadilla x2, literally basic. I know it's a restaurant so it's gonna cost something so I was ok w that. Chips n salsa 6$. Salsa, I hate to use this word but "trash" not worth wasting the food n effort in making it. It had no taste or ingredients, I know it's cheap $ but for being an "authentic" restaurant I thought I'd be getting more full flavor or ingredients even if it's cheap, your supposed to be authentic restaurant . I asked them nicely if they had other salsa bc of my dislike, just minutes after receiving our food. they said yes we have a very extreme habanero sauce, one or the other there is no middle, I said ok do you charge me if I want something else for I was disappointed in my original one, waitress said yes we do charge 3$ regardless, so I declined and stuck to what I had, adding salt and lime from my water trying to improve it. The staff seems friendly nothing against them or much to say about the staff, they sat us and were quick on our order. Again I was just there for a beer ( had a Pacifico draft) 15$ for a 12 ounce. Shortie can it seemed like. That was their draft idk if they had a bigger size she didn't ask me that's just what she brought me as I had asked for the draft on tap. Now it might seem like I was being cheap but really I just wanted to check out the place and just by tasting their salsa it said a lot to me. That where my biggest disappointment was. (Pico de gallo would have made me feel better, there was just no flavor at all. Quesadilla was way too simple but whatever I know I ordered at a restaurant and it did taste like a quesadilla. Total was 50$ which to some is not bad, to me 50$ for a beer can (12once draft), a quesadilla, chips n a wasted salsa is a little over the top. Maybe next time I'll just get Annie's pretzel ( pretzel n lemonade) stand, down a bit next business. This is j just my opinion, maybe others might actually enjoy this place. The place is a vibe for a beer n some conversation a quick pit stop. Good environment, but I didn't try much food either read more

Went here last night and had a great time! The staff were so helpful and accommodating. Sofia and Stephanie were so sweet and they were awesome by finding us a table so fast. Service was great from Jada. She was always checking on us making sure we had everything we needed. Burrito was a little salty but still enjoyable. I would come again! read more

Good food, would recommend making an RSVP ahead of time so you don't have to wait around. The burrito was super filling as well as the burger. We decided to get the unlimited chips which was a great idea if you're sharing with a party. The unfortunate thing is you do have to pay for parking which is $10 at the DT disney parking lot, given you get it validated here. read more

Céntrico was incredibly difficult to find. There was only one sign pointing in a single direction, making it unnecessarily confusing to locate. In hindsight, that may have been a blessing. When you walk past it, it looks like a bar and not a restaurant... just poorly done. Our bill was nearly $200 for four meals and one drink that was ultimately returned. For that price point, I expected a much better experience. I ordered a Cadillac Margarita, but what arrived was overly sweet with barely any alcohol. When the waiter asked what was wrong, I told him, "This isn't a Cadillac, it's a Prius." To his credit, the waitstaff was accommodating, professional, and did their best to help. The real disappointment was the food. The seafood ceviche came with what tasted like a raw tomato sauce base that lacked acidity, salt, seasoning, or any real flavor. It was bland and uninspired. Nothing we ordered justified the premium prices. At these prices, it feels less like you're paying for quality food and more like you're helping cover the rent at Downtown Disney. I genuinely don't understand how this place remains in business. The service was the only bright spot. If I could get a refund, I would. There are far better dining options nearby for a fraction of the cost. read more

nice atmosphere in the heart of Downtown Disney! totally outdoors and breathable. service was friendly and accommodating, food was out fairly quickly. we got chips and salsa for the table and I ordered the shrimp chorizo tacos. the chips and salsa was yummy, the tacos weren't my favorite. I almost went with the fish tacos and wish I did! the shrimp tacos were okay, I was just expecting pieces of shrimp and more of a shrimp/seafood flavor. this was more of a ground shrimp with chorizo seasoning. I did have the chicken mole tacos a previous time and loved them, so the food remains solid in my opinion! nice family dinner spot read more

We were 4+ a 3 year on family vacation at Disneyland. My daughter & her husband & child had really enjoyed dining at Centrico last month so we all had to be there tonight. Exceptional food was had by all of us & interesting variety too . The best part was the excellent service rendered by Otto our mesero!!! He suggested the special margarita for us to try which turned out wonderfully. He was attentive, thoughtful and very professional!!!! Really enjoyed the feel of the restaurant, especially the outside decor and multiple fire pits!!! I heartily recommend this restaurant and waiter to people dining at Downtown Disney!!! read more

Two visits in two days, and Centrico has officially won us over. We ended up dining there both yesterday and today, and were lucky to have the same server each time: Cece -- she's so warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating of our toddler's little requests. The food was so good we didn't even bother experimenting the second time around. We happily ordered the same favorites again: the chicken taquitos, fish tacos, and coco rocas. Every bite was just as delicious the second time. Great food, kind service, and a place that makes families feel welcome--Centrico, we'll definitely be back. read more

I was a little nervous trying Centrico for the first time because in my experience a ton of these upscale/fancy Mexican food restaurants have always let me down and let me just say I was blown away by the taste and quality of the food! This place is in Downtown Disney so the ambiance and vibe of the restaurant had a light and fun energy. The appetizer me and my girlfriend had were 3 Chicken Taquitos. First off they came out within 2 minutes of making our order and secondly these were well seasoned and a great prelude to our main entrees. Our main dishes then came along. We had the Carne Asada Tacos and Quesachicken. These dishes tasted like they were from a hole in the wall restaurant or some random food stand on in TJ except the food was served at this fancy/classy looking restaurant called Centrico! To top off the light atmosphere and great food was the convivial service we were given. I would like to give a big shout out to Jada for making our experience a fantastic and memorable one!! My only thing remotely close to a complaints about this restaurant are the prices and the amount of food that is served. Don't get me wrong though - the menu prices definitely speak loudly for the high quality food you're going to eat! I would definitely come back here in an instant :) read more

Located in downtown Disney. Good drinks. They validate parking if you order more than $20 for 4 or five hours. Service is a bit slow but that's because it's downtown Disney and it's packed. I had the chicken taquitos and they were okay. The plates here are pretty small. I had a mocktail and it came with a topo chico. It was guava flavored and pretty good. There is always a bit of a line to sit down. Not authentic Mexican food but more like white Tex mex style. The guacamole was good and had lots of lime flavor inside. Ambiance was great tho since it is in the middle of downtown Disney. read more

Walked up last night (Tuesday) around 6pm and were seated immediately because we took the lounge seating. It was cozy and nice! Service took a while but it turns out she was on her break. As soon as she got back, bam! We had drinks and food ASAP! The margarita pitcher served 4-5 and was delicious. The fish tacos were great! They could have had more fish, but they were lightly battered to perfection with incredible taste. You can tell the tortillas and guac are so fresh and house made. I really wish Yelp would allow for half stars. I feel like 3 is too low for Centrico but 4 is too high. So I would give it 3.5 stars. First, something I didn't realize, was that it's an open air restaurant. Now, it was a beautiful day so it was nice to eat in the open air, but I feel like it's important to note that for others. When we arrived there were 3 hostesses gossiping at the hostess stand. One greeted us then proceeded to finish her long winded story to the others while we awkwardly waited to be seated. Once seated it took a long time for someone to come bring us waters. Someone who was not our server noticed and came to check in on us. We got chips and salsa to start. The salsa is not your typical salsa but was still good. We ordered food. I don't remember what my husband got but I ordered the chicken taquitos. They were good but it says they come with guac and pico de gallo. There was maybe a half tablespoon of guac and maybe a teaspoon of pico de gallo. My kids had kids meals which were your typical kids meals. The service was ok. The cost of dinner was not terrible for Downtown Disney. read more

I've been dying to try this new place at downtown Disney. I can honestly say it did not disappoint! I really enjoyed the outside ambiance and the place was so cute and very clean. Staff were extremely friendly. Hands down I think this is the best guacamole and chips I've ever had. The salsa had lots of flavor and spice level was mild. It would be nice to have a spicier salsa as an option. I wasn't missing it though! I had the chicken taquitos and they were so good! I loved the fact that they came with a scoop of guacamole. The only thing is I wish it would come with some sides, but I understand the reason why. We didn't have a chance to try the alcoholic drinks, but they looked soooo delicious. I can't wait to come back and try more items! read more

Alfredo J was incredible. The service was great and the food was amazing. I would definitely recommend coming here

I was excited to try this place. To my disappointment, it was not very good at all. I do not mind paying a little more if the taste matched the high price. This Huarte de Asada did not. It was very bland and the Asada was overcooked. No other accompaniments. As for the Tacos Al Pastor that my friend had, she said it was good, but not worth $24 for 3 tacos. If the taste and/or ingredients were better than any other Al Pastor tacos sold elsewhere for half the price, than maybe. The paid Chips & Salsa were decent. The only saving grace was our server. He was on top of it and anticipated our needs throughout lunch. Big thumbs up for him! I may or may not give it another try. read more

And while the food was amazing, service like José gave me makes me want to come back again soon. Give this guy a raise!! The Gobernador Quesadilla (shrimp) was sooooooo good, perfect flavors. My husband had Burrito Norteño loved the braised short ribs were very tender and melted in his mouth along with pinto refried beans which made it very savory. The sauce on top was a tomatillo and salsa de árbol with sour cream and avocado they gave the burrito much flavor. This burrito is pretty simple was delicious. I had the quesachicken had a heaping amount of chicken barbacoa with oaxaca cheese inside on a large corn tortilla. The avocado mousse was a very smooth salsa like guacamole. The slaw was delicious as well. I am use to the flour tortilla for my quesadilla. However, these ingredients just blended well together. It was also delicious. We had a come and ice tea since we both were driving our own cars. Next time we will order the drinks and post soon. The table service was fantastic, our server was very friendly and even suggested the dishes we ordered, since it was our first time there. The ambiance was warm and a night the beautiful bar and lounge type of setting made me feel i was at a resort on the beach. If you're at Downtown Disney or at the parks and want good quality food.
