Premium margarita flight
Jerry H.

Centric is a great outdoor bar and lounge in the center of downtown Disney. It's a great place for exceptional cocktails, yummy quick bites and the best people watching spot. The margarita flight was delicious with expertly crafted drinks but it's just a bit pricey at over $40. Drinks here are outstanding. The beef tacos here were great and the Caesar salad has the same dressing as Paseo so it's incredible. The service was very good and attentive. We loved our waitress. Even when it's crowded service does not delay. It's fantastic and efficient. We loved it here. Some things can get pricey but overall an amazing place to eat.

Decided to try this place out due to the high reviews and recommendation by friends after our Disney trip. It was around 3:30 PM and were quoted a 15 minute wait. We put our name down for 2 people and waited by the entrance of Paseo. About 5o to 10 minutes pass by and our table was ready. We were seated and a server was with us within minutes. Here's what we ordered: **Frozen Mangonada: Very refreshing on a hot day after a trip to Disneyland. However, it lacked citrus and chamoy which would've made it ten times better. The mango slush was on the sweeter side with the tajin to help balance out the overall flavors. (4/5) **Tepache: It's a canned beverage FYI. Our server compared it to kombucha so it was an absolute yes from me. It reminded me nothing of kombucha because of how light it was but still very refreshing on a hot day. Think of it as a slightly watered down mango chili lollipop. (3/5) **Tlayuda: Personally, it was a little disappointing. The edges were crispy but the center was floppy due to the beans and the meat. The majority of the flavor was from the beans and then the meat. It lacked a zesty citrus flavor as well as greens. I would've loved if there was either a salsa drizzle or something on the side. The dollops of guacamole wasn't enough. You can easily share this with 3 to 4 people. (2/5) **Burrito Norteño: Presentation was great and this dish had high hopes but the execution wasn't quite there. First off, the meat inside was very dry and lacked depth of flavor. The rice was soggy and lacked flavor. The avocado inside didn't help at all with the overall flavor. A bit of salsa would've been able to salvage what was on the inside. If this had been advertised a cheesy dish then I would've passed. The whole tortilla had a layer of cheese so that's what 90% of the burrito tasted like. Don't get me wrong, I like cheese but it was way overwhelming. had half of the burrito as it was intended to but the other half, I just ate the filling. The menu said it had sour cream but I didn't see nor did I taste it. If the meat wasn't so dry, it may have been partially salvageable. (1/5) **Céntrico Hamburger: We opted to get the patty cooked medium. The burger was very juicy with a lot of flavor. The garlic fries were quite soggy which was disappointing. The orange sauce had little to no flavor so we skipped that. Overall, best dish of our meal. (4/5) The food was so disappointing here and for the price point, it was definitely not worth it. On the bright side, annual pass holders receive a 10% discount. Our total bill plus tip was well over $100 even with the discount. For having a Michelin star rated chef, it was quite the disappointment. Our server was great though and offered recommendations with the burger which was the best thing we had. The outdoor patio vibe is nice but I don't think we'll be back. I knew I should've just ordered the tacos but the burrito sounded promising. My mistake. You can't win everything.

Beautiful environment, great food and a wonderful server! Thank you Heidi for making a good experience so much better! My only complaint was the corn tortillas came out hard. But everything else was so flavorful!

My husband and I went to check out downtown disney and we are so happy that checked this place out! We ordered the Cochinita Pibil Tacos, Tacos al pastor, and the caesar salad! The caesar salad consisted of baby romaine lettuce, oven-roasted tomatoes, sunflower seeds, avocado, and a poblano dressing. The cochinita pibil tacos consisted of shredded pork with black beans, pickled red onions, and habanero. And lastly, the tacos al pastor consisted of roasted pork, pineapples, onions, avocado salsa, and cilantro. The presentation of our food was just as what I imagine the food to taste like and not alot of food looks and tastes good. I must say this place is pretty delicious and a definite cute place for date night!

This is in the middle of downtown Disney. I got separated from my group, so I stopped for a beer as I texted to find out where my group was. Prices were pretty high. I did expect that, but the beer was short for $16. Not worth the price to me.

I made a reservation online on the Disney app before my visit. It's always so lively and busy here. They serve tacos and burritos and other Latin dishes. The day of my visit , it was a Sunday evening. I parked at the Simba DTD lot. Parking was easy. You have to go through security so arrive with that information in mind so you're not late to your reservation time. The restaurant is outdoors. Walked up to the hostess desk and let them know my arrival, waited for about two or three minutes to our table, which sat 4 people. Hosts took our drink orders and appetizer orders unfortunately I wanted a margarita flight and they couldn't provide that as some of the ingredients were missing and we're not gonna be delivered for a few days. I chose a different margarita instead which was really tasty. Ordered chips with guac and salsa. Their guac was absolutely delicious. Ended up ordering the ribeye tacos. These were large and so filling for me. I really liked their red Spanish rice, but their black beans missed the mark for me. The server Cassie, she was an absolute doll! Perfect in every way. The restrooms for this place are inside a nearby sister restaurant, upstairs ( they have an elevator to get to them too) Yhe bar is nice and the wait for food was not long at all. I would eat here again for sure.

Not only is this restaurant gorgeous, but the brunch is delicious!!! I had the chilaquiles, and my friend had the French toast. We were soooo impressed with the food and left feeling completely satisfied. It's not every day you find a brunch spot with great drinks, great food, and great service. A big thank you to Angela, our server, for being so wonderful and adding to an already great experience. I will definitely be back!

The atmosphere is loud, with lots of people walking past you the entire meal because of its location. The food is a bit more expensive than it should be and not very noteworthy in flavor. I ordered the Taquitos de Papa and was surprised to discover that they were only half sized. The menu says they're giving you 4 taquitos, but it's really only 2 cut in half. They were pretty bland inside, necessitating salsa and the other toppings. I was also unimpressed by the quality of the lettuce served with them. They were ok, but I would not get again. Vegetarians like flavor too, you know! Also, these should have been listed under appetizers, as they weren't the most filling meal. Our table shared the guacamole and I will say that was very good. I'd get it again. However, it was overpriced for what it was. I did appreciate that they had a few vegetarian options. Would like to try a different one if I ever come back here. But I would choose other Downtown Disney or park restaurants first.

Centric really had great staff and ambiance when I visited with a friend from out of state. The server really helped us choose some yummy dishes that were both unique and filling. My main problem is that the food was on the saltier side and lacking some brighter fresher notes, which made it a bit heavy. Otherwise, we had a great time here.

Some restaurants become special because of the food. Others become special because of the memories you make there. Exactly one year ago, I met my girlfriend at Centrico for our very first date. So for our one-year anniversary, it only felt right to come back to where it all began. From the moment we sat down, our server Avelino made the evening feel incredibly authentic. We ended up learning he'd been with the restaurant group for 14 years, starting at Tortilla Jo's from opening day until it closed before transferring to Centrico. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it showed in every recommendation he made. He suggested starting with the chips and guacamole, and wow... that guacamole deserves some recognition. It had a bright citrus flavor with the perfect balance of smooth avocado and chunky tomatoes. Easily one of the top 10 guacamoles I've had. For drinks, we ordered the Frozen Mangonada and the Tepache, and they couldn't have complemented each other better. The mangonada was loaded with authentic mango flavor, chamoy, and Tajín. It almost felt more like a dessert than a drink. The tepache, on the other hand, was light, crisp, and incredibly refreshing. Together they covered both ends of the spectrum perfectly. For dinner we shared the Quesopastor and a Caesar Salad. The quesopastor was packed with flavorful meat and was surprisingly filling, while the Caesar salad balanced everything out nicely. Before we left, Avelino even took the time to recommend a few other restaurants for future date nights if we wanted to keep exploring. That kind of genuine hospitality is becoming harder and harder to find. Coming back to the restaurant where our story started made for an unforgettable anniversary. Great food, incredible service, and memories we'll always have. Thank you, Avelino, for making an already special evening even better.

Came here for lunch today and such a great experience. Our server Avelino was super kind and always came to check on us. The food was amazing. A great stop before you go to the parks. I highly recommend the guacamole and the home made chips! This place and service won't disappoint!

Torta ahogada
Jose Manuel C.

Showed up for dinner, Hosting staff was sloppy because we got skipped in the line to be seated although we were first in line; the party behind us was for two people as well as my table. Idk why , then when we get en route to be seated someone in staff shoved me, hard to sit with a bunch of food in the way to chair. Waitress was great. Ordered a torta ahogada , flavor profile was there, but I couldn't quite call it ahogada, it needed more sauce. If bread is dry in the middle it can lack that classic Guadalajara texture. The taquitos and sangria were amazing, the tepache was from a can, next time I'll probably pass. Music was nothing but reggaeton, decent place, lacks attention to detail 4/5

We were there on Sunday, October 3rd around 3pm. We asked who the owners were because we were really impressed with the place and thought they might be the same owners as another location we had visited. There was absolutely no bad intention behind the question. The male bartender told us that no one name drops anymore. I understood what he was saying and was more than willing to move on. But then I asked him if the bar offered whiskey sours and he responded, "You really don't know what you're doing here and what you want." I was honestly so taken back by that comment. I don't normally stay quiet when someone speaks to me disrespectfully, but I was so caught off guard that I didn't even know what to say. Before that, he had also yelled out to the host that she didn't need to worry because we didn't know the owners and that she could relax. The whole interaction was completely unnecessary and made us feel very uncomfortable. We came in wanting to enjoy the atmosphere and have a good time. Instead, we left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. There is a way to speak to customers, even if you feel they are asking questions you don't like. We did nothing to deserve that kind of attitude. The Blind Rabbit may be a great place, but unfortunately, the way we were treated by this bartender completely ruined the experience for us. Customer service matters, and unfortunately, ours was extremely disappointing.
