Upon arrival, I was told my appointment was a week ago (not when I scheduled it, since today was my day off). Then I was told no, worries, they will get me in and done in 1-2 hours. So I went to the waiting room. Next I was told they can't offer me complimentary services because of my mileage is past the allocated miles on the warranty. Remember I told the person on the phone my mileage. So I left and don't forget plan to return to Auffenberg. This is not the first waste of time after buying 4, yes f-o-u-r cars from them.

Was told job would take 2 weeks and 1 1/2 months later I was able to pick up and my truck. I cancelled the brake job and was told I would be refunded the cost of the brakes. I was shorted $400 on the refund due to "hidden costs" he magically created. Due to his wiring job, the headlights no longer work properly, there are issues with the motor and now the glove box is free floating and not attached. He claims he is a perfectionist but he left remnants of the old wiring, used after market parts, left parts dangling and created issues that did not previously exist. I would not recommend Radical Rod's to even put a chain on a bicycle!!!

They changed all 8 spark plugs, coil packs, change the number 4 cylinder fuel injector. It was leaking. Then they checked the fuel pressure, compression check and changed the oil. It still wouldn't start. The owner insisted on payment before he went any further. I have never paid in advance for car repair. The mechanic seemed to think if they disconnected the exhaust behind the exhaust manifolds it might start because it would "breathe." The exhaust was flooded with fuel. I don't know if they did that or not. The owner wanted me to pay him what I owed him and have it towed back to my place. Said I could use it for a parts car. Basically they didn't know how to repair my car. I paid $881.21 for absolutely nothing. My car was there for 10 days. They just pushed it out of the shop into a parking space. I got fed up and had it towed away. Go anywhere else but this place.

We filled the tire and found Mission Accomplished as the nearest service--we made it there, barely, and they got us in immediately. They found a screwdriver in our tire and told us it wasn't salvageable; they then filled and put on our spare for us. They didn't charge for the service and were very kind to us. If we are ever in need of service on the road again, we will definitely try to make it there!

It is not easy to located or at least from the direction Google maps showed me; however, I had just finished working at McDonald's and they assisted me as the manager , Laura had done business with them in the past. She said they were very good yet a bit expensive. I was hoping for the best but also thought the worse I headed over to how she told me where they were really located. I arrived and they were somewhere busy. I walked in and Steve was right there to help me. I descriptor the situation. He logged everything into the computer and I told him the keys were in the vehicle. Within a matter of minutes they had in the shop. Less then five minutes he came out to me and gave me the news. Steve even spoke to my husband and told him over the phone what the situation was with the vehicle. Even though they could not fix it they were nice, friendly, and informative. Steve did not charge me anything for looking at or telling me what was wrong with my vehicle or anything negative. I made it home safely and it is now parked till my husband decides what he is going to do. The next day, I worked at McDonald's again (which it is not my normal store). Steve came through the drive and was happy to see me and said I see you made it home and back here safely. I smiled and said Yes, yet now I am driving my husband's vehicle, giggle. She waited for 15 minutes & he never even acknowledged that she was there. That is completely unprofessional & rude & she will not be back. No more $35 oil changes from there. I would not give them any stars for this review except I have to give 1 to move forward. She is a repeat customer, too. Very disappointed!!!
