They could also install a wired mesh system which would then help the wired cameras. We are a tad rural and have to use Starlink. It will take a day or so for the owner to do the work and it wasn't cheap but it was 100% doable. We will also have access from our betas through a mobile app. Eagle said they could do nothing for us without an internet company like Cox. The estimator honestly wanted to get out of there as soon as he could. I am sure they are a competent company but if you want a system that isn't Google or something similar, look elsewhere. They also said we had to pay some kind of monitoring fee which I did not want as we have an ADT alarm system we have to pay for .

Let me start off by saying I do not easily select service companies or review services that are not time tested. Anthony came out as scheduled on a Saturday morning and we went over details and confirmed what we had preliminary planned. Then the work started. I had obtained a 24 inch monitor which I wanted to use with the system and Anthony even threw in the TV mount for it. The install was clean and we are very happy with the complete package and LTS service we have received even over a year later. The LTS app is pretty basic with no frills but once you learn it and once you learn the DVR system it does everything and more than you need. We have been able to easily look back and track neighborhood kids riding their bikes in front of our house and kicking over our trash cans and I have even been able to record some of my skateboard trips and falls . The cameras that they installed our state of the art and we went with upgraded cameras and went with the day/night cameras which are awesome because they give full color even at night! The LTS system we have found to be completely reliable and gives us such a peace of mind when we are away from home. We have set perimeters in the LTS DVR system which basically draws a line of your choosing around your property so you do not get false alarms. Even after the install I called Anthony for questions on how to maneuver the system and its settings and he was more than helpful every time! This is something that is not common after a service provider completes a job. I am extremely happy with the LTS product which provides a zero cost monthly fee and would without a doubt call back Diamond Back Security and Anthony for any future projects involving commercial style security cameras and or any other handyman services! He installed LTS equipment we have contacted them because Frank will not return our calls or show up to fix the system. Lucky enough LTS stood behind their equipment and got another contractor to fix the issue. Diamondback security and Anthony Esquibel are unlicensed contractor and today is in the process of being sued. Please look him up on the Arizona register of contractors and you will see his license is not valid. He has no insurance if there's an accident we are very disappointed in this company..
