UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE…read more Update: I called Crown Awards and placed an order with them. I highly recommend their services as they are professional, respectful, and have better pricing. They also shipped fast and had quality product. Will be using Crown Awards moving forward. For this review: So unprofessional and rude. Junior hung up on me after yelling at me regarding an order on the phone. Over a misunderstanding that I had. He did not attempt to cause me to understand the situation. He simply yelled at me and then hung up the phone. I called another company, and they were SHOCKED about my treatment and helped me with such kindness and professionalism. I would not recommend this company. I received a plaque that was cheaper without the stress of the owner yelling at me and had EVERYTHING that I requested on the plaque. To hang up over a misunderstanding??? Unfathomable!! Do yourself a favor and go with another company. ANY company.

I sent a text asking for their hours, and a couple of minutes later, a young woman showed up and unlocked the front door. She walked into the store and began locking the door behind her, but before she completely lock it, I caught her attention and asked for the store hours. She proceeded to tell me that the store was closed, no one was there, and she was the only person in the store. She said she didn't know the hours because she was an "just there as an intern", she didn't work for them, she was "only doing community service", and she had "nothing to do with them". She was a bit dismissive and what makes matters worse is that, 6 hours later, I have still not received a reply to my text message! Thankfully, I happened to come across another business a couple of doors down that does custom laser engraving. Their name is Archer Creative Designs and they were very friendly, attentive, inexpensive, and thorough, and they'll get the work completed within 3 days! I highly recommend them, instead of Tracy Awards & Embroidery.

What kind of business does not keep a history file of your loyal customers for years. The big lady in the front is rude and and laughed in my face when I informed her what was messed up and you can physically see the embroidery they messed up on. She then proceeded to tell me she was here last year when I brought my item in but then does not have any measurements or any file history nor do they have the same font and plates but she can fix it. She then proceeded to tell me the building is under new ownership and nothing transitioned over smoothly for customers. Her words not mine. That right there says it all folks!

Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I…read moream paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy
