DO NOT make a reservation with this company. I made a reservation for my sister, who was flying out…read moreof YVR at 7am (we are in Abbotsford). The number on the website was not in service, but I received a text follow-up where I made the reservation. I also sent a reservation request via e-mail. Via text, I was informed of the pick-up time/date, the flat rate, and confirmed we wanted to book the shuttle. They asked for my pick up address and name to confirm my reservation, which I did. I then also verified my pick-up time and date. The next morning, no shuttle arrived. I reached out to the company multiple times and they did not respond, while my sister became more and more nervous about missing her flight. Eventually, at 4:30am, I had to spend several hours driving my sister to YVR and then had to go to work in the morning on a couple hours' sleep. I still have not heard a peep from the company. Do not rely on this company if you're in a tight spot - better to pay $150 for a cab that actually arrives than $120 for a shuttle that will ghost you when you need them. The positive reviews are short and suspicious whereas the detailed reviews are stories like mine. Scam!

I need to update my initial review below. I wrote the…read morereview as I waited with an injured leg for my cab which was 45 min late. I gave 1 star, the lowest possible rating . I've bumped it to 4 stars because the driver was amazing. He handled my frustration beautifully and he immediately called the office to find out what had happened. He represented the company infinitely better than the dispatchers. He explained what went wrong and what the company was doing to prevent it from happening again. And his vehicle was spotless. Original review This is not the company to use if you want your cab to show.up on time. My cab iwas 45 mins late. I recently injured my leg and the extended wait time was literally painful. Dispatch was abrupt and unhelpful when I called to follow up on the late cab - 3 times as each eta was wrong.
