When I called to book I mentioned 4 people and the woman said we'd need _____ as a vehicle. I don't know what their vehicles are so I don't know what that means. We've always had the same car pick us up, even when there were 4 of us. We've never needed any particular type of taxi vehicle as we've ridden in both conventional taxis or minivan taxis. A towncar would have been fine as well, as we've done that as a family. They showed up on time (as always) in a giant SUV. As someone with a bum knee and auto immune issues which can make me really stiff, it was actually difficult to climb in and out of. We got to the airport in a matter of minutes as it was a 2.6 mile trip. I almost choked when he quoted me $60. We usually paid about $20-$23 and that was when we lived across town (8 miles) from the airport. The driver indicated that's their minimum charge now. I don't know if we were being hustled or what, but I would never intend to again pay $60 + tip for a 5 minute ride. I don't know if that charge was higher because of the SUV or what. Would not use again at those rates and would suggest if you are booking you confirm the rate. Evergreen had always been about the same as every other service so it didn't cross my mind to confirm a price, especially with us being so close to the airport.

Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. I told him he was very early because we had just landed. He reassured me, it was no problem and that he would be at our baggage claim carousel. We arrived and he stood out as he was very well dressed. I approached him and told him we have a lot of bags and I may need a separate ride. We then gathered all the bags and he asked, "Is this all of it?", then, "This is no problem?" And help us roll away a few bags and led us to the parking lot. We approached a large Cadillac Escalade. Francisco opened the trunk and methodically took each bag and placed it in the trunk. When I thought he couldn't place anymore, he continued on to put in the rolling carryons. Did some repositioning of bags and closed the trunk. I was amazed everything fit back there! Francisco was very friendly, approachable, and nonchalant. Put me at ease as I am an anxious type. He kept conversation with us the entire trip to the hotel, which took about 20-25 mins. He unloaded all our luggage and graciously offered to help us into the hotel. When I told the lady that I was not made aware of that fact when I made the reservation, nor was I given a cancellation policy in writing, nor is that information on their website, she told me that "she didn't believe me because they tell everyone that the deposit is non-refundable when they make the reservations."
