Requested a specific haircut and gave Athena a picture that has instructions on what size clipper to use for different parts of the body. Athena was so convincing when talking to me that I trusted she knew what she was doing. WRONG!!!! Did not get what I asked for at all . My pup looked like a bobble head wearing socks. :( And when I asked the groomer what happened all she could say is she was wiggly. If a groomer cannot handle a wiggly dog, they shouldn't groom the dog and leave it to more experienced groomers. Going to all animal grooming is like going to a cheap haircut place where everybody rents their own booth and you never know what you're gonna get. I wish I would've known this before I went. She smelt and looked so nice and was definitely feeling herself after getting all cleaned up! We have taken her back a few times now and are always pleased. The store is small, but efficient and so adorable. Love all the jokes and animal signs on the walls. Prices are very affordable too. Kathy is such an amazing and sweet woman! Nallely was super helpful, really spending the time to explain things to me which made me feel prepared to own my first reptile. I had to go back to buy his fresh food the day after and the guy that helped me was very helpful as well. As for snake quality.. He's super hardy and has done amazing transitioning which is huge. Speaks volumes about the seller. After all of the infovideos I watched on YouTube I expected to have to leave him alone for a week, wait a week to feed and all kinds of stuff but he lets me hold him no problem, he ate the morning after being purchased (within like 3 seconds of the mouse being placed in his enclosure), and went poop just fine days after.. He seems super confident and doesn't ball up. He explores often. When he's on one side of his enclosure I'll go in and do some upkeep on the other side and he doesn't seem to mind much. Nallely said they hold all of the snakes every day or every other day which I'm sure is why he's such a great snake for a beginner like myself. I recommend! I've only had Charizard about a week and now I keep running into people that bring Killer Clutches up as great to learn and buy from. I'm glad I found this place!
