Compared to Bay Area Ross stores, I'd say that this location offers a better variety of clothing and shoes without a ton of people sifting through them. The electronics section, though, is questionable because there were several packages for iPhone cases that were already opened (the products were still inside, no worries). Before moving to the Redding area 3+ years ago, I was a member of the Douglas County Farmers Co-Op in Roseburg, OR for 30+ years. I spent many thousands of $$ there every year to keep my sheep, horses, chickens, dogs, cats and 30 acres of land happy, healthy, and well stocked. After retiring, selling our farm, and moving to NorCal to be near our adult children, I was very surprised to find that there wasn't a "farmers co-op" in the Redding area, what with all the farming and ranching in the area. Tractor Supply tried to "pinch hit," for us--but since TSC was only about one-third the square footage of the Douglas County Farmers Co-op, there's just no way for TSC to match the vast selection of Douglas County Farmers Co-op's True Value Hardware items, clothing, boots, shoes, animal feed, veterinary supplies & medications, garden, yard, home & landscaping supply, logging, irrigation, submersible pumps for wells, and much more--"well," you get the idea..... I was thrilled to find out that Grange Co-op has just expanded to Redding (from the 6 locations they have in Southern Oregon, plus Yuba City, CA). Grange is larger than Tractor Supply, although not as large as the DC Farmers Co-op. I got great help yesterday, when I was out looking at some fencing, stock watering tanks, and tomato cages in their secure storage yard at the parking lot in front of the store. A couple of the items were not price marked yet, so a Grange employee tried to look up the prices on the "Grange App" on his cellphone, but needed to run into the store to find out the information. He was cheerful, energetic, and willing to go "above & beyond" the usual levels of service (running from outside into the store, then back outside again in the 90+ degrees Fahrenheit Redding weather). Because of our family's previous membership in the DC Farmers Co-op, we got a nice discount to sign up for their lifetime membership plan. We are very happy!

The return line is not bad usually and all I do is drop of the return with a return label and scanned and off we go! The Amazon credit is processed almost as soon as it gets scanned and a few hours later the money is back in my Amazon account. The staff seem like they know what they're doing ... at least for Amazon returns. As for the rest of Kohl's ... I really don't have any shopping to do here. Every once in awhile I'll get something like a t-shirt on sale for like $5.00 or something. It's a very clean store. The parking is easy and I noticed they have a ton of handicap parking if that's what you need.

I still can't believe the lack of common sense these people have. I thought I was being Punk'd by Ashton Kutcher. I've never had a more horrible return experience in my life. Be careful what you buy at Kohls.com. Employees have no idea how to process an on-line return. It will take a minimum of four employees, and A LOT OF TIME to get it resolved.
