it's a great mall but the American flag on the north end of the building needs to be retired it is tattered and torn a poor representation.

The mall isn't bad. It has a decent amount of vendors to go to. Great place to stop by if you're visiting Mt. Shasta.

I don't understand why the mall opens at 10am, but every single store inside is closed. Such a waste of time.

They have all left since then and it's filled with many stores that I don't care to shop at. There are at least 10 empty stores as of 4/2013. My favorite sandwich shop in all of the North State used to be located here "Big Town Hero" but they have left too. They need to bring in some more name brand stores to make people flock here like they once did. Great location right off of I-5. Rating: 2 1/2 stars, but closer to a 3 than a 2

When I moved back to the area, I went down to check things out. So much has changed and almost everything is vacant. I went over to get myself a caramel apple at Rocky Mt. Chocolate Factory for old time's sake and almost cried when I didn't see that big dirty bear chained to the bench outside the closed shop. My saddened, nearly 30 year-old face pressed up against the window looking at the empty business suite...the now barren apple racks still in there. Now, the only places that bring me down here (rarely) are the Gap outlet and the movie theater.

They sell them in bags of 8 now, instead of requiring you like before to but two bags of six for a dozen bagels. The new price is basically $5.00 for 8, so I guess the price per bagel has gone up, but what hasn't. !!HERE IS THE BIG NEWS! THE BAGELS ARE NOW WATER BOILED!! What that means is they're more like real bagels like you would find in an actual bagel shop, a more dense and chewy bagel, yeah like New York I guess, even though I've never been. The previous bagels were basically fluffy beard donuts! Costco ended their association with Einstein's bagels (the bread donut ones) and now makes their own using water boiling before baking. They're a little smaller around, but denser. I got a bag, just watch the dates. The staff was just putting some new one out. All the normal flavors are out the including cinnimon rasin. I tried them and, whoa, what a difference, it way better. Maybe not totally as good as an actual bagel shop, but way better than what they had before. I used to avoid Costco bagels, but not any more. Try them out! I just wish they were pre sliced ... that might be asking too much.

This Costco is very large and I stopped by here to get a lot of different desserts for celebration that we were having with my family. The parking lot is very large and I noticed that they have the place really clean. As I walked through the different isles I noticed that they had items that they don't sell in the Southern California area. They have jackets with built in warmers that run off a battery like Makita tools have. I was in and out of this store in less than 40 minutes. They had a lot of check stands open and they have self check out available. I think it is a good idea to go travel around to different Costco stores just to see what others have. This location has been opened for a few years now. I highly recommend going to this place !
