He quickly diagnosed and fixed 2 (maybe 3?) pond emergencies (heavy-duty overflows due to rain or other factors), coming over within a few hours of my frantic messages that the pond was overflowing into my yard, the neighbors yard and the sidewalk. We took our two dogs here for the first time today and had a great experience! I loved that they had fully customizable services and service add ons that you could do through their online booking which allowed my partner and I to have full control over what we wanted. Even better, upon drop off each grooming tech went over with me verbally what I wanted for each dog. This allowed me to mention anything I forgot or ask any questions. The groom for two dogs took about two hours and they called me right away when they were ready for pick up. They did a great job - we chose a bath and sani-cut for both doggos and both were executed wonderfully! The women there were courteous, kind, professional, and friendly ! We are definitely thrilled to have had a wonderful experience and will be back for their next groom.
