I have watched it change ownership a few times and then moved into the cobblestone shopping center. We are preparing to get a new puppy. After just losing our Labradoodle and doing a lot of research, I've decided to feed our new puppy, a dry kibble with no chicken, soy or corn. In the past, I have always fed my dogs "Fromm" . Fromm does not make a puppy food without chicken and I refuse to feed my dog "grain free" due to, It is a leading cause of congestive heart failure. I returned my just purchased unopened bag of Fromm puppy food due to it has chicken and other ingredients in it that I decided I don't want to feed my new puppy that I'm getting . When I went to return it, I could not get my money back! Because I paid cash!!!! I was in dis-belief. Like .... WTH cash is king. NOPE! Not to them! If I would've used my debit or credit card, I could've got my money back. I would have loved to exchange it for something else in the store, but they do not have anything in that store for puppies without chicken in it and limited ingredients . They were not even credit it back to my ATM card . I will never shop there again !!!!!! It was only $46.47. That I now have a store credit for. But this is in my option BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE at its FINEST!!!!!

It was nice to go somewhere that they really know about characteristics of different breeds and take the time to get to know your pet. UPDATE: Since the last time I was here, we acquired another dog. He's a Great Dane. He's bigger than my 5 yo mix and is still a clumsy puppy. While we boarded them both over Xmas 2019, I received a phone call that my Great Dane has peed on my other dog during their walk and they offered me a free bath for my little guy. The fact they took the time to call and get permission was wonderful. And it was free. They also upgraded my dogs to a bigger room at no charge. Love this place!!!!

We had a sick fish and instead of waiting for work hours to reply, they messaged back and asked us to meet them at the store. If they don't have what you need, they will tell you where you can go instead of just saying "no, sorry". I can't say enough good things about these people! They are the best! The store is not very big but has an amazing selection of fish, live plants, and coral. The prices are prety decent considering it's a small business. We live on the other side of town, but now that we found The Deep, we go right past the other pet stores for the best service and it is 100% worth it!

WOW. The folks here are SOOOOOO amazing. You know, I've been meaning to write this review ever…read moresince we switched from another local pet food store that was originally out of our dogs food. But no time like right now to praise these wonderful folks. They have always gone above and beyond for us. The ordering system, the speed in which they deliver.. yes, you read that right THEY DELIVER. Usually they've delivered the same day I've ordered. Please call early of course. But, they've always been super friendly and super helpful. The ease at which we're able to get our pups food and the dependability these folks at Treats have shown is stellar. My wife and I are so happy to have switched and we're NOT going back to the competitors. We've also found out you're able to order online, and now it is even easier to order and get a delivery. We even had an emergency scenario where we were traveling and got home to no extra dog food, ordered and they even dropped it off after hours. I think the owners did that on their way home for the day. So thankful. So appreciative. And what great people to go that extra distance. My chihuahua/demon spawn mix likes them and behaves beautifully, much better than he does for me :D Because transportation is real iffy for me it's great that he takes walk-ins. $8 for a nail trim is very reasonable. They are quick and are attentive to how the dogs are feeling. I've watched them working with nervous dogs (as mine was the first time) and they will have two people calmly talking to and soothing the dog until it relaxes before they begin to trim the nails or groom it. Now my dog knows and trusts them so it only takes one of them and he is done in just a few minutes. I am glad to be able to count on All Stylez.
