Lyn supervises the fun at all times and sends pics and updates during your dogs' stay. The minute we pull into her driveway, the dogs bark with excitement and cannot wait to get out of the care and greet Lyn. We have never felt guilty leaving our pups with her (which is no small feat) and have been going to Murray's RiverDog Ranch for nearly fourteen years. My in-laws were her first customer years ago and when my sister-in-law had her Corgie, she would take her weekly to Lyn's day camp to socialize and get the Corgie energy out. Lyn has become part of our family, and treats all of us (dogs especially) like we were her own.

His owner passed a couple of months ago so he's been through many changes lately and was acting out. He loves to play and was driving my 3 other smaller dogs bonkers, door dashing and then running around the neighborhood, would not come when called, and generally stressing everyone out. The little dogs would hide all day and wouldn't go outside with him because he would chase and nip at them in an attempt to get them to chase him and play. Elise at Woof Training took him for 2 weeks and I can honestly say it's the best thing I could have done for Max and myself. I picked him up yesterday and he is a different dog. He did try to test his limits when he got home, but I stuck to his training and he has been terrific. I walked him today and he didn't once try to pull on his lead. The dogs all go outside together now and he mostly leaves them be. He tries to entice them to play, but not in a manner that scares or angers them. They aren't barking all of the time and I am not stressing. I can't thank Elise and Woof Training enough for training Max. The transformation is amazing. He's a little gentleman now. Andrew stopped in the middle of training to assist any issues or questions the owners had. The classes were interactive with both the owners and their furry pets. "Oh sorry someone's in the room apparently. Finally gets into the room to let her dog start the process of being put down only to have DR. SMITH go on and on with non stop talking about stupid conversation all the while my mom cries and cries to have her stop And just proceed to ignore her and keep talking. Very unprofessional and incredibly insensitive my mom left crying . So unfortunate this vet is so unprofessional . Shame on all of them.

I was lucky that Happy Tails Retreat was available on short notice and willing to take care of Brighton. He spent two nights with them and they sent me consistent updates and photos of how well he was settling in. Because I was in the area, I was able to pick him up for a walk the first morning. When I was taking him back to their house after our walk, he wasn't at all hesitant or unhappy to go back after being there only one day. That is when I knew without question that he was having just as good of a vacation as I was. His visit to Happy Tails was like a Zen Retreat, a peaceful low stress environment for a dog who has already been through a lot in life.

She provided no real consultation or information. She only walked my dog one time during the entire session and was very uncomfortable around my dog which leads me to believe she has no idea what she is doing and is a very good scam artist. I am honestly upset I paid her any money at all and may be calling to try and get my money back. I would never trust this lady to train my dog with the lack of skills she portrayed.
