They Didn't even give my dog 15 mins to chill out after I left before calling me back to come get him because "he seemed nervous". The employees seemed incompetent and nervous from the start and my dog probably picked up on the energy. Never had any problems ever til this "trainer". Lol no worries! Luckily there is another option so I guess country aire pet resort will get my money now. Should have know better that to trust anyone from happy va. Response: good try.
