When they first started they had zero leash obedience, reactive to other dogs on leash, and no recall. After 6 sessions they now don't pull on the leash/good leash training (sit,lay down, stay). This was already a heartbreaking and difficult situation for us, obviously. At 110 pounds, our mastiff was not easily transportable to a vet in his condition. We couldn't even get a call back from these people. We were incredibly fortunate to have found another mobile that in the area who helped us with this difficult time. What is even more insidious is that I saw their van one block away from my house the very day I desperately called, twice, for help. I wouldn't recommend these people at all.
