The front desk was very nice they groomed my two Frenchies. Pros: both Frenchies feel very clean, soft and thankfully dry. Last time I went to PetSmart they didn't even dry them. Both dogs were ready at the time she said to come back. Cons: both of their nails weren't cut correctly nor filed. They are still long, And uneven. Their ears aren't clean* I don't believe I will be coming back unfortunately. read more

I brought my dog in to get groomed after the winter months passed. He was very fluffy and had matting, I asked her to keep his hair slightly longer because its still cold out and its a good defense for him. When I picked him up, he was completely shaved except for his head and tail. Which, i get it, work with what you can right? Not that big of a deal. However, he does have some razor burn around his genitals where he was shaved too short, and the hair around his face is pretty uneven. I'm going to check out some other groomers in the area and see if I like their work better, but I wouldn't mind taking him back if she were to either sharpen her shears or use a longer setting around his doggy parts. read more

Samantha is AMAZING! I tried taking my little Havanese to a few places and she hated going and was always so upset when I picked her up like she had been traumatized. Then I started taking her to Samantha at Claudia's and she loves it now. She runs right inside and is a happy girl when I pick her up. My husband, Art, and I have had our 11 year old Boomer going to Claudia all of his life. She is a true professional and very friendly with the animals. Before she had her own business, Claudia always groomed Boomer where she was an employee so when she branched off on her own, Boomer followed her to Claudia's Top Dog Grooming. Our little dog starts to get excited when we turn down to her office for his 6 week haircut. He actually runs to her door and she greets him with open arms.
