When you want a list of things done I want a copy of the list and the cost . They don't give you a written receipt. Or what each cost . Just a fee with no explanation. Why would you purchase something and not get an itemized receipt for the payment. If I ask for a Quote I want it in writing followed up with a written receipt. Luckily there are many other groomers that are honest . Upfront and will ask yif you want a receipt. read more

Jessica answered the phone when I called and got our pup scheduled in the next day. I don't imagine that can always happen, but I'm glad it did! The parlor is super clean and doesn't smell when you walked in. I'm sure that's no easy feat for a dog groomers, but I appreciate that it is super sanitary in there! They did a fabulous job with her. She was trimmed perfectly, smelled great, and happy when we picked her up. Also ended with a real chicken treat! I'm really glad after trying many places in town we've found a great one. I have 2 German Shepherds. One is 130 lbs. Jessica and her husband did a fantastic job. The last groomer did not get the undercoat out. This time my dog came home looking and smelling great. Much less shedding. My puppy is still a handful and they worked with him to get him used to all the new noises . He also looked great when I picked him up. I am so happy that I found the most wonderful groomer for my two Maltese dogs. I drive from Red Bluff because they are so amazing! They are always so kind and loving to them when I bring them in and I'm not at all nervous leaving them for a few hours to get groomed. I pick them up and each time they are beautifully groomed and smell amazing! My Ruby girl always gets a bow on her head too which is the cutest. I will start off by saying,'here in Redding I have had some experience in dog groomers that are not consistent! You take them in the first time & its good, the second time you take them in,your thought is,'what the heck happened! Jessica's is absolutely consistent, which I can tell by her reviews too.She uses products that are good for the dog( I always ask this) & they smell so good when she is through.She is well worth it if you choose her to be your groomer. My puppy is quite large and had only been to a groomer once before, so does not know grooming etiquette yet. Jessica was patient and took the time to give him breaks and relax.
