We also live on a ranch so she gets mattes very easily. I've been bringing her here for a couple years and every time I bring her into Shampoodles I explain exactly what I want for my dog (all over trim, shaved sanitary areas and full shave and shape of the back thighs, gland release, nail trim) and every single time she executes it exactly how I want it and always confirms what my expectations are! I have never been disappointed with this shop and won't go anywhere else! They whole groom is a reasonable price and the texting makes it easy to book! Each time they add a special touch like a bandana or this time, a little gingerbread man! I will always recommend this place to anyone looking for a gorgeous groom! Absolutely 10/10!!

I was told if I didn't train her not to bite, I would be charged an extra fee for being aggressive. I switched to Cottonwood Creek Pet Spa, and while she was stressed during her appointments, she never tried to bite. Tiffany, Thomas, and Heather have created a calm environment, and they know how to handle stressed out animals without causing more stress. Her haircut turned out great every time, and they have hypoallergenic products for sensitive skin. As long as they're in business I'll be taking all of my future dogs to them.

My chihuahua/demon spawn mix likes them and behaves beautifully, much better than he does for me :D Because transportation is real iffy for me it's great that he takes walk-ins. $8 for a nail trim is very reasonable. They are quick and are attentive to how the dogs are feeling. I've watched them working with nervous dogs (as mine was the first time) and they will have two people calmly talking to and soothing the dog until it relaxes before they begin to trim the nails or groom it. Now my dog knows and trusts them so it only takes one of them and he is done in just a few minutes. I am glad to be able to count on All Stylez. I highly recommend them to others and will continue to trust them with my little guy.

We have been going to Pet Town for 5 years now, we started out going to the Anderson store and…read morechanged to the Redding store as soon as they opened. As a previous business owner and dog groomer I was impressed with the care they take in cleaning and disinfecting each tub after it's use. I decided to write a review after I was reading through yelps and for the most part was impressed with what was written until I came upon one that really concerned me. I'm not sure where this women was coming from but she was obviously upset after her dog went to the bathroom in the store for the third time. I will assume that the employee became upset after her dog pooped for the third time, actually I really can't blame him! When I owned my business, if a dog pooped in my store, I charged a $25.00 clean up fee, this was posted on my counter as well as on the front door. I can assure you that my customers made sure that their dogs pooped outside before they entered my business. Even if a dog is nervous and pooped due to stress, there are several Safe products on the market that help relieve that stress, after all it's the owners handling their own pets. I hope that this will eliminate any concerns that someone may have. We have never been treated poorly in fact just the opposite. All of the employees have been nothing but delightful towards us and our dogs. We will continue to support Pet Town by bathing our dogs there, along with purchasing treats and toys.
