So I've spent a lot of time at vet clinics. This place does not feel like an emergency clinic. They are all friendly and extremely compassionate and efficient. I can't say enough about Dr.Frankovich. She had excellent bedside manner and was very reasonable with her treatment plan, weighing the impact of my dogs experience with how invasive she needed to be to treat his wounds. I wish I lived closer to her so that she could be my regular vet. I trust her 100% and I can't say that about many!

First of all, the provider walked in the room without introducing herself and when I asked if she was the Vet, she got an attitude. She then proceeded to say the anti venom vaccine was $1400 along with an office visit of $133. I opted not to get the vaccine since it was obviously VERY OVERPRICED. FYI-Red Bluff only charges $500. WHAT A JOKE. My sister in law just had a bad experience as well and was going to be over charged until she complained and management stepped in. They have a bunch of young girls working there who have NO clue what's going on and couldn't even tell me if they had a Facebook page. Don't waste your time and head to Red Bluff instead, this place deserves to be shut down for ripping people off!!!!

Dr. Rebekah Parker came out after the exam and gave us her findings and recommendations and made sure we had no further questions. Our experience was 5 star and I wish we could adopt the Dr into our family she was so nice and caring.

I got my dog heart worm tested with her first visit (although she had been taking heart worm pills since she was a puppy) and a 3 month supply of heart worm pills. The veterinary clinic has refused to let Chewy refill the prescription without coming in for another test; in other words forcing me to either buy the pills from the clinic or get re-tested every year.

It was nice to go somewhere that they really know about characteristics of different breeds and take the time to get to know your pet. UPDATE: Since the last time I was here, we acquired another dog. He's a Great Dane. He's bigger than my 5 yo mix and is still a clumsy puppy. While we boarded them both over Xmas 2019, I received a phone call that my Great Dane has peed on my other dog during their walk and they offered me a free bath for my little guy. The fact they took the time to call and get permission was wonderful. And it was free. They also upgraded my dogs to a bigger room at no charge. Love this place!!!!
