We took our two dogs here for the first time today and had a great experience! I loved that they had fully customizable services and service add ons that you could do through their online booking which allowed my partner and I to have full control over what we wanted. Even better, upon drop off each grooming tech went over with me verbally what I wanted for each dog. This allowed me to mention anything I forgot or ask any questions. The groom for two dogs took about two hours and they called me right away when they were ready for pick up. They did a great job - we chose a bath and sani-cut for both doggos and both were executed wonderfully! The women there were courteous, kind, professional, and friendly ! We are definitely thrilled to have had a wonderful experience and will be back for their next groom.
