I asked that they do the dog that had the puppies first because she was skidich leaving her pups. I could not see what was being done because they were in an area I couldn't see. There were so many dogs being worked on. Very busy. Less than an hour they brought my dogs. The mom dog was damp but the other one was completely dry. I was surprised it was less than an hour for the two dogs. In other places I've gone to, it is almost an hour each to service. After i took them,They had no shampoo smell a nd noticed the mom dogs nails were not trimmed properly. Still long and very sharp instead if grinding down. I called the next day and said her nails weren't trimmed properly. So the person I spoke to said to come back to have them redone. I did. This was somuch of my time wasted and more nervous tension for the moment dog to leave her pups. The nails were trimmed properly now. Also, I was told one person was going to work on the dogs. I feel the way the both were so different and the time it took, there had to be more than one. She did not come ot to apologize about the trouble and had a different person take care of the nails. So, watching as the other employees work on the other dogs, and the amount of time spent washing, I feel they didn't do what I had asked to wash. It also takes time to wash and dry.. I will not be going back.

I decided to write a review after I was reading through yelps and for the most part was impressed with what was written until I came upon one that really concerned me. I'm not sure where this women was coming from but she was obviously upset after her dog went to the bathroom in the store for the third time. I will assume that the employee became upset after her dog pooped for the third time, actually I really can't blame him! When I owned my business, if a dog pooped in my store, I charged a $25.00 clean up fee, this was posted on my counter as well as on the front door. I can assure you that my customers made sure that their dogs pooped outside before they entered my business. Even if a dog is nervous and pooped due to stress, there are several Safe products on the market that help relieve that stress, after all it's the owners handling their own pets. I hope that this will eliminate any concerns that someone may have. We have never been treated poorly in fact just the opposite. All of the employees have been nothing but delightful towards us and our dogs. We will continue to support Pet Town by bathing our dogs there, along with purchasing treats and toys.
